Let's start with the good. This is a unique property, the check in process went well, and the owner provided some snacks and drinks. The bathroom is deluxe.
OK - now the drawbacks... This is rated to sleep 6, and we had 6 (4 adults and two kids.) It's simply not big enough for this. There are two bedrooms, and an aisleway that sort of serves as a kitchen. This leave you no place to sit. Really, this would be fine for a couple or maybe 3 people.
The kitchen counter is supposed to be an eating area, but that leaves you no counter space. The refrigerator is the SMALLEST dorm size refrigerator ever made. For 6 people it is totally inadequate. To compensate for the small kitchen, an outdoor grill would be nice, but that was not provided.
There are two other rental units in the barn, and they share a nice outdoor area with tables and chairs. This unit comes with a picnic table, which is located about 350 yards up the hill, which makes it totally useless. The barn is somewhat cool, but we were there on hot days, and an AC unit would have been helpful. Don't even think of sleeping on the single fold out couch unless you want to ruin your back.
This might be ok for just two people, but for our family of 6 it was an inadequate rental unit. Good thing we were out hiking most of the time.
