"Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth. "

"The location was excellent, loads of history, the development of the site and apartment are to a high standard and there are plenty of good restaurants. Although car parking is available it can be a bit of a problem for people with mobility problems. However we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this location."

"Great location by the station, and good to have the option of doing some simple cooking with the apartment kitchen. Really enjoyed staying there, although the room was rather small and plain for the price. I imagine more suited to groups than older couples."

"Had to collect the key from a different location which was a little irritating but the staff were very helpful so not all bad. Penthouse is spacious and clean with a great view out over the city towards the sea. One pretty major issue though - neither of the bedrooms had curtains or blinds so when the sun comes up at 04:45 in June that’s a massive problem! Why no curtains? Lack of sleep made my next day rather miserable. "

"Amazing place to stay, it was spotless, the view was amazing. The position of the cottage was just right for walking and exploring, and not far from anywhere to drive to. The hosts Nick and Liz are lovely friendly and very welcoming. When we arrived there was a lovely cream tea waiting for us plus, a pint of milk so we could make ourselves a cup of tea. "Simon is so welcoming and helpful in every way! If anything comes up, he answers you immediately and takes care of it. The flat is located in the perfect spot, away from the noise and traffic while still very close to the center of town. So perfect in every way! We will always stay in Simon’s flat!"

"This apartment gave us the best short break holiday we have had to date. Everything was spot on but what made it was the location, and the simply amazing view from the lounge bay windows and kitchen - overlooking Fowey and the river estuary - better than watching TV - with the world going past on water. Coastal walks were fantastic and what a refreshing change to go out on the local town by water taxi. The whole experience was fabulous!"
