"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "This is a beautiful property in a good area. Highly recommend. 15 minutes walk to town centre, harbour in front of building with lovely walk. Bedrooms are spacious, as well as all other areas of this large two floor flat. Would definitely return again."

" Las fotos publicadas no reflejan la realidad del hotel. El edificio es muy antiguo y está visiblemente descuidado, sin mantenimiento alguno. El personal de recepción fue poco servicial y proporcionó información incorrecta. La habitación que nos asignaron era terrible, muy diferente a lo que muestran en las imágenes. Curiosamente, vimos otra con la puerta abierta que parecía estar en mejores condiciones. Al leer opiniones de otros huéspedes, descubrimos que es común que asignen primero las peores habitaciones, y que si uno pide un cambio, a veces le dan una mejor. En nuestro caso, hacía muchísimo calor y la ventana apenas se podía abrir. Además, daba directamente al parking, por lo que cualquiera podría haber entrado fácilmente. La puerta de la habitación no tenía cerrojo interior, lo que nos hizo sentir inseguros durante la noche. El baño estaba muy deteriorado, al igual que todo en la habitación: viejo, descuidado y sin mantenimiento. Nos aliviamos al saber que solo pasaríamos una noche allí. Aunque teníamos el desayuno incluido, decidimos no tomarlo. La experiencia fue francamente horrible. No lo recomiendo bajo ninguna circunstancia. Nos dejamos llevar por las fotos del edificio y de algunas habitaciones que parecían prometedoras, creyendo que sería uno de los mejores hoteles del viaje. Lamentablemente, fue el peor. Aunque dicen que está en el centro, no había nada abierto cerca para cenar. En definitiva, una experiencia muy negativa."
