"Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said ..."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly they’re all amazing!! The rooms are like back home in the US. They are very roomy, and very clean. Would definitely come back. This is probably going to be the place we stay at when visiting San Fernando, Pampanga."
