Amazing little neighborhood experience
There are so many fantastic things about this property! Francesca was so helpful and communicative. She helped us out throughout the whole process. The property is so unique and the views are nothing short of stunning! We discovered a restaurant right in the little village of Metato and enjoyed a fabulous meal there and it was just a short walk away. You can also hike up the mountain for some amazing vistas of the valley below. The property had all the comforts to make our stay something we will remember forever. Impeccably appointed and well-stocked. Our only disappointment was we did not have enough people to partake in the pizza making experience. My husband and I would not be able to eat 8 pizzas by ourselves! Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return some day. Thank you so much!

Très belle petite maison bien rénovée. Très belle espace extérieur. Vue magnifique sur la mer. Pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduit. Super four à pizza avec vue sur mer. Tout le confort actuel dans maison de village typique.

Séjour détente et découverte entre amis
Cet endroit est un vrai paradis !! La maison est parfaite, extrêmement propre, confortable, bien équipée, décoration très soignée, et une vue magnifique ! Le village est adorable et c’est un point de départ idéal pour visiter les incontournables de la Toscane. À proximité immédiate de la merveilleuse ville de Lucca. Nous étions 4 adultes et deux ados et nous y avons passé un séjour inoubliable

Exciting view
This is a special place. It takes some time to get there and you have to carry your luggage some way, but it is worth it. The view is amazing and the house itself is also very nice. We were only missing some comfortable seating options outside. There are only tiny chairs and the standard beach lounger, which are not very flexible to set up. Would also be great to have some overlays for the lounger. The host is very nice and is reacting very fast. If you want to have a place a bit outside from the busy life, this is it.

Great family time!
We had a great time in this little ancient town up the hills. It is a short walk from the public parking (about 20 spaces) to the property. Once there we could enjoy a fantastic view to the seaside. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the garden. Great location to walk in the mountains and also just 15-20minutes away from the seaside or other nice places to visit. In summary, I can 100% recommend!

Die Aussicht ist sensationell! Jeder Tag in den Bergen ein Genuss! Unten in Camaiore kann man gut einkaufen und flanieren! Pisa,Florenz,Lucca gut zu erreichen! Der Pool ist jeden Tag klasse!

Sehr schönes Objekt mit tollem Blick bis auf das Meer
Auch wenn in unserer Zeit das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat, haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt in dem Haus und auch in dem kleinen Bergdorf Metato sehr genossen.

Absoluter Traum ,sensationelles Häuschen mit Traumblick!!!
Anreise: Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas 25 min von der Küste in den Hügeln etwas im Hinterland versteckt. Die Anfahrt ist zwar etwas steil und eng aber eben typisch italienisch 😉 und auch im Inserat so beschrieben. Das Parken ist immer möglich wenn auch nicht immer auf dem öffentlichen Dorfparkplatz, der ist auch mal voll! Dann einfsch entlang der Straße im Dorf. Der Weg zum Haus ist steinig bis befestigt auch mal etwas steiler, für uns als 5 Köpfige Familie (Kinder 11 / 13 / 15) problemlos machbar. Dauert 1-2 Minuten. Haus: Ist eher ein Häuschen aber auch genau so beschrieben. AIR CONDITON gibt es den 2 Schlafzimmern im Wohnzimmer sowie in der Küche. Die Zimmer sind süss italienisch eingerichtet. Die TVs haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Küche hat wirklich alles was man braucht, verschiedene Kaffee Zubereiter, mindestens 10 Teller jeder Sorte und genügend Besteck. Auch scharfe Messer gibt es. Eine Erstausstattung von Geschirr Tabs , Spülmittel , Küchenrolle , Seife und Klopapier ist da. Die Betten sind bequem und funktionieren für den Urlaub absolut. Der Pool ist " überdacht" heißt er lässt sich verschließen sehr geschickt, so bleibt er sauber. Und der Platz ist hervorragend genutzt. Die Aussicht ist zum niederknien schön, das werde ich wirklich vermissen. Umgebung: Einkaufen war ich in den größeren Supermärkten ca. 25min Fahrt Coop und Essalunga . Da dort die Förderbänder an der Kasse für meine Familieneinkäufe länger waren (ca.1m) versteh nicht warum in Italien die Förderbänder an der Kasse so kurz sind ! Der Conad City Supermarkt im nächsten Ort (15min) hat auch alles aber eben kein Platz um Ware aufzulegen. Ausflüge haben wir nach Pisa und Lucca gemacht. Beides können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sollte man nicht auslassen. Wetter: Hatten wir 2 Wochen super erwischt. In Metato gern etwas mehr Wind. Am Meer waren 2 Wochen immer Sonne. Wenn es beim Haus schlecht war (2-3mal Regen) war am Strand immer schön. Negativ: - Nur 2 Wochen gebucht 😀 - Vielleicht die vielen Stechmücken, da kann aber niemand was dafür - Und die immer wieder mal bellenden Dorfhunde ! Keine Ahnung was die immer haben ? Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung ein Kleinod in Italien mit typischem Flair und toller Gegend. Und ein Ausblick zum Träumen! Der Pool ist eine Sensation. Danke Francesca ( Sie war immer zur Stelle mit schneller Hilfe , tollen Tipps und sehr schnell im Antworten über WhatsApp)

Herrlich!
Meine Frau, mein Sohn (7 Jahre) und ich waren vom 06.08 - 20.08.2022 in diesem schönen kleinen Haus mit Pool. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht auf Camaiore sowie Lido de Camaiore und dem Meer ist herrlich. Für Familien bis vier Personen absolut empfehlenswert!

The perfect Tuscan villa!

Super schönes Haus mit wahnsinnigem Meerblick
Sehr individuelles Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und über die Stadt. Schöner Pool jedoch kleiner als angegeben. Parkplätze sind oft besetzt aber an der Straße kann man parken. Insgesamt eine besonders schöne Unterkunft.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Häuschen in Metato war super schön. Als wir ankamen, war alles sauber. Der Aufstieg zum Objekt über einen steinigen aber wunderschönen Weg war für die älteren Verwandten in unserer Familie etwas anstrengend. Insbesondere als es um das Hinauftragen der Koffer ging. Darauf haben wir uns aber schon aufgrund der vorherigen Kommentare eingestellt. Das süße Häuschen, der Pool und der Ausblick machen diese kleine Hürde allerdings wieder wett. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und jederzeit überaus hilfsbereit. Auch ihre Reise- und Restauranttipps, die wir vor der Reise per Mail zugeschickt bekommen haben, waren absolut spitze. Nachts und morgens war es etwas frisch (Aufenthalt Ende Mai), also für alle, die auch in dem Zeitraum Mal anreisen sollten: unbedingt einen Pulli oder eine Jacke mitnehmen. Hinweis: Der schöne Pool lässt sich auch für die kühleren Tage für ca. 10 € pro Tag aufheizen, wenn man möchte :) Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Metato. Danke dafür :)

Sehr erholsam
Wer vor ein paar Stufen nicht zurückschreckt und das Auto nicht direkt nebenan stehen haben muss, ist hier richtig. Man hat seine Ruhe und genießt die Fernsicht auf das Meer. Das Planschen hat Spaß gemacht, nachdem der Pool erst einmal warm war. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.

Sonniger Herbst in der Toskana
Wir haben den Herbsturlaub in dieser schönen Lage und die dörfliche Ruhe Metatos sehr genossen. Besonders ist der Ausblick in Richtung Meer. Ein echtes Herbst- Highlight ist der beheizbare Pool, den die Kinder fast an jedem Tag genutzt haben.

Petite maison fonctionnelle, au calme au milieu des châtaigniers et des oliviers. Tres belle vue du jardin et de la maison. Piscine/bain chauffé et terrasse ensoleillée idéale pour se relaxer, sans vis à vis. Si séjour en automne prévoir couverture supplémentaire ou une petite laine pour la chambre à 2 lits.
