"My partner and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary in this adorable trailer by the stream. It was comfortable and had all the necessities. Its close to Ojai but far enough away for some dark sky star gazing. Keep in mind- this is a trailer! If you are looking for a 5 star resort this is not for you. That being said; as far as trailer life goes I honestly couldnt have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Also- our host was very accommodating and attentive. Thank you!!"

"Following the devastating Palisades Fire my neighbor and I needed a place to regroup and plan for our new future. We wanted to an area close to Los Angeles and the Beach which was quiet and out of any fire evacuation area for us and our two dogs. This was the perfect temp home for us. Quiet and met ever need we had. Neighbors were amazing and the beach (sand, jetty, and sea lions) was exactly what we wanted to make us feel at home. "We loved the location and overall amenities were very suitable. With a little love this place would be perfect. A few mattresses were a bit hard and uncomfortable, the patio furniture needs to be replaced, and the kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating. But the price was reasonable and you can't beat the location. The property manager was also very nice. We would stay here again."
