"Loved our stay at The Gallivant and would definitely visit again! Due to the location of the hotel I think this is definitely more of a seasonal hotel, however this didn’t impact my opinion of it, the service was great, room was lovely and the food (both breakfast and dinner) was incredible! My only complaint is that they don’t have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, we were told that we could go to the bar for these however, they charge for them on your bill at the end of the stay which...

"The idea of the place is great. Walking distance from sand beach and there are different options for all ages children to have fun but there are badly maintained. The cleaness is poor and the staff is not willing to help. The facilities were either close or damaged so not very worthy travelling 3 hours... unfortunately"

"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch.The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and it was clear they truly care about their guests’ comfort."

"We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway!"
