"Black mold growing everywhere. Booked me into RS Guest House II, then switched my hotel to one with no windows or patio. The smell was terrible, the sheets were ripped and dirty. No ventilation in the bathroom."

"Friendly owners. I told them I was unwell and they wanted to get me medicine and things. They helped me with the ac remote as I struggle to use them. The tours they offer are good the people running them are very down to earth. There’s two cute dogs at the reception and they have electrolytes in the room that I found a nice caring touch. It’s a nice homestead it’s like staying at your mum and dads house "

"It is set on a very busy and traffic-laden street. It is noisy day and night. The staff hardly spoke English. No information could be had about what to do and visit nearby. The beds have covers that have been very obviously used before."

"Good budget hotel. Careful with the free airport pickup they offer... they will give you excuses and will never arrive to pick you up, so better negotiate with them that they pay the way back to airport when you leave the hotel. In general be careful in Cambodia because everybody try to give you prices overpriced for everything. If you didn't book yet, consider any other option in the countries around... Cambodia is only worthy for the Angkor Temples, 2/3 and better go to enjoy to any other...

"Zero but for the neighborhood, run of the mill. The hotel was closed when I arrived on Thursday 17th, 2022, due to covid, nobody, not even the name, anymore. I had received zero notification but I had paid 4 nights I intend to get a refund for from Expedia which didn't notify me either ! "
