"Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad."

"Absolutely my best trip to beach! Loved everything about the condo, was exactly as described. Contacted the host several times and got very quick and helpful responses. Amelia Island is so beautiful. Parking in area and at condo was so easy. Steps from beach actually mean steps from beach. I have been to many beaches and was told it was close and easy walk, and never was. Was the easiest walk to the beach and we wished we had stayed a few more days."
