"This cabin is exaclty what you need for a weekend to explore natures playground. It was so clean, very quaint and quiet. The river is just a few steps away or you can load up and go for a backroad cruise and find many places to play in the Williams River. The stars were really showing off this weekend and the sky was so bright. The hottub made star gazing much more relaxing! If you just want to kill time and drive backroads, you can hit the Scenic Highway, Cass Railroad, Snowshoe and other fun...

"This was for our 10th anniversary..great area..nice and quiet..everything in the listing is right on..no surprises..we stayed 3 nights and 4 days..all the stores and shopping are about a 20 minute drive but it was fine.. we bbq and listened to tmusic..it was great..i would recommend this..absolutely.. . Will be staying again in the future.."

"We enjoyed this small cabin, it was perfect for 2 or 4 people. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading. Pam couldn't have been any nicer. We wanted to check out the lake, but didn't realize that they drain it after Labor Day. So we just spent a relaxing couple of days there. If you go, check out Alfredo's restaurant. Their subs and pizza are delicious."

"We loved our stay at Daniel's Landing so much that we plan to return every couple of years. We are from Utah and have fallen in love with the beauty and peace of West Virginia. "Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well."
