"Property was great, BUT, construction is going on across the street and it starts early, with the construction there is a metal plate on the roadway so each time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a loud thump/clank… of course this isn’t the property management’s fault, however, if your not interested in waking up 6:30ish Monday through Friday, I’d look elsewhere "

"My sister and I wanted a place near East Beach so we could easily walk everywhere. The place isn't fancy but clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is very quiet. I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics. "The property is exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, close to East Beach and amenities. Private back yard/patio with excellent sun exposure. Our host David was very responsible; helped us with an issue of our own making (thanks David!) This is a wonderful neighborhood of private, quiet family homes. Added bonus off-street parking too!"

"I received communication indicating check-in, parking and everything else we needed to know daily and during our stay. We had an issue with bedding, however it was sorted out immediately. Parking was easy and convenient. The location is great. A 4 min walk to local groceries and 6 min walk to the beach!!! The room was airy and very clean. "The Santa Cruz suite was nice. The bathroom was clean, pretty quiet. We had two cars but parking on the street wasn't an issue for the second car. Although not the property managements fault some lady said I stole her spot in the back I informed her there are no assigned spots. The location was great just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. And about a 45 minute walk to the downtown area. I'd probably stay here again."

"Hi! we booked for six but had just four. The listing said 3 beds and 3 baths. But the house had only 2 baths which made it tighter than expected, so I'm super glad there were 2 less people. The number of baths was super important and the primary reason I booked it instead of hotel. If the 3rd bath was in the extra $ trailer in back, it was not clear. otherwise, a nice place, albeit tiny. Thank you! "

"Very comfortable home and fabulous view. We were a little alarmed when we arrived and just saw a dirt/gravel driveway and no house!. We found it with no problem and there was plenty of parking. We also loved being able to have our dogs with us. It was a great location for a family wedding with many events taking place downtown."

"Place was clean and pictures represented the home accurately. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Property managers were responsive and check in and out was easy. Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out. TVs in bedrooms would be a nice addition for visitors who would like to decompress in their rooms. Even with this, we would recommend and would stay here again!"
