"We (wife and two boys 9yo) have been coming to Cranmore for the last three years but have never stayed in the Fairbanks lodge. The property was beautiful, BJ (owner/manager) was super responsive…even going out of his way to get us in well ahead of check-in time. All in all it was a great experience. Look forward to booking again. "

"This place was perfect!! The photos accurately represented the unit. The location is amazing, easy walking to the beaches and restaurants. The private beach was perfect for paddle boarding, high tide swimming, and an evening cocktail. There was also lots of great road biking routes right out the door. The host, Jason, was very communicative and the check-in and checkout process was super easy. We will be back!!"

"Really enjoyed our stay. The property is walking distance to all sites and Salem amenities. The property manager company certainly went “all in” with the decor! They were also generous with foods available (coffee, etc) in the apartment.We suggest stopping at a proper grocery store prior to arrival however, because there is a bit of a food desert around the house (more convenience shopping than groceries)Thank you for making us feel welcome"

"The property is in a great location central to many sites and walk-able if you enjoy longer walks. The house feels lived making it comfortable. The age and history is another cool factor. I would stay there again. "

Communication from management was great and we got a spot for our car on the street in front of the VRBO and never moved it again. "Great location, great views of river and ocean, and an easy walk to anywhere on Shore Rd or Beach St. Also just a short walk to Marginal Way. Housekeeping forgot to sweep our unit and we swept up a big pile of beach sand when we first got there, but other than that oversight, the place was clean and comfortable, and location can’t be beat. "
