"Perfect cabin close to a bunch of New Yorks state parks, very clean with a nice large kitchen tons of room for my my eife and I and our 3 kids, the single beds are all in an open loft which just meant we had to keep it quiet once the kids went to bed. Our only complaint were the king and queen beds squeak a lot, like just rolling around in your sleep they are noisy. "Pristine, well maintained, beautiful home (exactly as advertised). Amenities and location were perfect as our son goes to Ithaca and is an easy 10 minute car ride to the house. Be sure to read the fine print of the contract in an effort to avoid any issues as the owners are sensitive to extra people and cars parked at the house for any reason. "

"It’s a wonderful place to get together and enjoy as a family. The place is well equipped for kids of all ages and adults. We spent great time together and to top it we had an amazing snow day where kids enjoyed the slopes outside the house. We couldn’t use outside space but if it’s summer, it’s a great abode to enjoy with friends. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts are amazing and considerate. "

"The property photos and descriptions are mostly accurate. The 4 main house bedrooms are all good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The annex apartment was nicely appointed, the only issue is that everyone in our family is tall, and the loft bed with its low ceiling was a bit challenging. "Loved our stay here!! The hosts have thought of everything — it’s well-stocked with everything you need. They are so kind and will go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful. It worked really well getting to / from campus. "We had the most amazing stay at Carolyn's place. She left us a place so clean that we all felt comfortable walking around the house without shoes. I have stayed at numerous rentals and this was the cleanest i have ever experienced. The views were gorgeous, with the bonus being that you can see the Cornell campus from here. Easy access to all things Ithaca, wifi was fast, and kitchen was well appointed. We did not go in the lake but we did enjoy some r and r on the dock. Would stay again. "
