"The house has good conditions and is well located in the center of Venezia. However, there are two very unfortunate points. On the one hand, the house not clean, with dust in many places. Moreover, we were asked a different amount of money for the touristic tax from the one indicated in the email from Hotels.com A really unfortunate situation."

"Un apartamento muy correcto en una zona tranquila de Venecia. Desde el apartamento a la Plaza de San Marcos o al puente de Rialto, son 10 minutos andando. Y a 5 minutos tienes un supermercado COOP (al lado del hospital) para comprar lo que necesites. Nosotros desayunamos y cenamos todos los días en el apartamento y muy bien. Todo muy fácil para acceder al apartamento y totalmente equipado. Por ponerle una pega, el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y eso hacía que tuviésemos que apagarlo...

"This place is a great apartment. I loved the rooftop terrace and all the skylights. The location is fantastic, just off the Grand Canal and a main walking route plus close to a water bus stop.My minor issue was that the air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the heat. It wasn't overly hot, but the AC units were not able to keep things down in the 24 degree Celcius range. It rarely got below 27-28 during the day and maybe 25 at night. They were working but perhaps not perfectly...

"The appartment is great - roomy, well equipped, baroque - and in a good location. I had read some comments about the place being in a not-so-good condition. Nah, not true. Well maintained, super clean. Is it brand new? No, there are scratches here and there. But it's in far better condition than any of our homes, and than most hotels. Go there, you'll remember the place."

"Éramos 4 y la verdad es que lo disfrutamos muchísimo. El hotel estaba muy cerca de Rialto y habían dos paradas de Vaporeto, con lo cual estaba super bien comunicado. El piso estaba super bien, era muy bonito y era muy cómodo. Nos encantará volver! Anna fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos!! 💖"

"Excellent apartment! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Location is key and this was down a quiet walkway and out the windows were the waterways. Wonderful!"

"Upscale apartment with lots of charm. It has been well maintained; excellent air conditioning; very clean. Our host,Jane, was most accommodating, and helped us arrange transportation both from the airport and to our cruise ship at Fusina a few days later. We also enjoyed meeting her son, Michael, who took us on a boat tour of both Murano and Burano. Would not hesitate to rent this again the next time we come to Venice."

"Property was large enough for 2 families in a quiet section of Venice. Canal views were a plus. Only negative was that the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs. Full kitchen was awesome!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The place was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be in a location that wasn’t overrun with tourists. Of course, the minor downside is we had to walk a little further to see the popular spots, but that was fine. Location was very close to a good coop (grocery store).Our host communicated well and even got us fairly short notice tickets for a nice walking tour. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Stefano responded quickly to all of our questions; he also arranged water taxi to take us to the train station when we departed. This was our second time staying; it’s a favorite!"
