Let me start off by saying this is a beautiful home, with high ceilings & very updated…however, there were a few issues we tried addressing immediately upon arrival and the communication with the Property Manager was not the best. The ceiling fan was obviously one that used a remote control- which couldn’t be found anywhere and so we couldn’t get it turned on, which in 106 degree weather would have been nice. When reporting that the Propery Manager told us it was a switch, at which point I explained none of the switches worked & it was obviously controlled by a remote - they told me they would inquire with the owner and let me know - that never happened. The Master shower was awful…it had build up in it or something that caused the shower head to literally only have about 5 holes that actually sprayed water…which made it virtually impossible to shower in it - and the bathroom and shower were amazing, it would have been nice to be able to enjoy it instead of the entire family using the one guest shower. We also found that the cleaning crew left a HUGE load of laundry in the dryer (towels, sheets, etc) from the stay before which we had nowhere to put - so I reported the shower issue and the laundry to the property manager, asking if I need to fold the laundry myself or will it be ok to leave and I got a simple “Thanks for letting us know.” It would have been nice to feel like they cared.
