Absolutelybwhat you see on the listing. Casual comfort and nice. Deer in Yard every morning and night. Such a delight. We left Florida during Helene HIRRI ANE IN florida. This was a blessing for peace. The Host was great. Easy Payment on line and understanding the contract. I would love to come back.

Quiet Property
Not only was this property beautiful, spacious, and clean it was amazingly quiet. The home must be well insulated because we did not wake up one time because of outside noises. Very comfortable accommodations make this property a good choice for any age group. I loved the nice hill you drive up to get to the property. We would love to come back again.

Perfect place for a getaway!
We rented this property due to its location to Whitewater Amphitheater. Its the perfect size, great location and the scenery was gorgeous. We enjoyed several herds of visiting deer. Grab some corn if you want them to stay around!

Beautiful place
Only item I wish it had was a pantry. Otherwise perfect. I repaired a loose back door knob. The GFCI closet to the oven is not working. Deer in the morning and evening will come within about 20’ of you. The bed was perfect. This was the first time I got a good nights sleep when I travel.

Fathers Day get away
Excellent property with a great location. We stayed for Mothers day weekend and a concert. We liked it so much that we booked again for Fathers Day weekend and floated the river. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy all the local activities.

We really enjoyed our stay. The description and pictures were exactly as the house was. The hosts responded quickly when messaged as well. Will definitely stay here again! The deer in the evenings was an extra perk for the kids.

I enjoyed the location and the accommodations. The only problem was the smell of cigarette smoke, I have asthma and am very sensitive to the smell. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the deer!

Precious Cabin!
We had a great stay at Playin’ Hooky! The cabin is so cute and clean. We brought our dogs and they loved the cool concrete floors. The cabin has plenty of room and is thoughtfully equipped…we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Texas road trip
We traveled to TX to see the total eclipse, and stayed to visit family, friends, and do some sightseeing in the Hill country. We arrived at this cabin on a Friday afternoon. Beautiful place, very clean, spacious and located in a quiet area (except for the next door rooster, which we loved, and the dozen fresh eggs gifted to us by the neighbor). The refrigerator was not cold, so we notified the manager, and on Saturday morning, the owners arrived with a new refrigerator. Amazing service! We also enjoyed the deer we saw around sunset most evenings. It's a great central location for exploring the area. We explored Wimberly, New Braunfels, Gruene and San Marcos. Thank you!
