Perfect for multi-family trip!
This was a fantastic property for our large family to spend a relaxing summer vacation. The pool area was amazing and there was more than enough seating and lounge chairs with umbrellas. Everyone loved the game room. We put a lot of miles on the air hockey, pool table and the great arcade game. The home had all the essentials for the beach. The golf cart was so much fun and so nice to have to transport beach items for our daily trips to the beach. We had some great food at the local restaurants. We loved our time in Port Canaveral. Hope to stay here again.

Perfect!!
This was an awesome find for my family this summer! My parents are elderly with my father being paralyzed from the waist down. Not only was this apartment accessible to him in his wheelchair, but it housed all 22 of us comfortably! Any issues we had were immediately addressed by the home owner and taken care of! We walked to the beach everyday and enjoyed the pool tremendously! I would 100% stay here again!!!

Family vacation
Our family really enjoyed our vacation. We had 22 people 11 of which were kids. It is very short walk to the beach. For many of the kids it was the first time seeing the Atlantic Ocean. We had everything we needed for the beach and pool. Some of the kids were able to get up on the provided surf boards. The golf cart was a big hit. Peacock beach was amazing. We saw over 40 Peacocks roaming the neighborhood. We saw 3 rocket launches - bucket list kind of thing even though it was lost on the little ones. Dolphins feeding right below us by Banana River. The 3 separate units were nice. We were all together yet had alone time as well. This is a very special place. We would highly recommend. Thanks for a great Vacation The Graf Family

Beautiful Beach Stay!
We were so happy we chose this property for our annual family beach vacation! We have a large family/extended family and this place was perfect! Loved the pool and outside gathering area, especially the artificial turf...There were so many beach items, we didn't even use the beach items we packed. Golf cart was great for shuttling family to and from the beach! Thank you for sharing your property with us

Perfect large gathering house
We had our family reunion of 23 people ranging from ages 3-86. This house met the needs of everyone. We LOVED the golf cart so much! Made it so easy to get the beach stuff to beach and have shuttles for everyone. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all enjoyed as well! She had great beach gear also! No junk chairs. All Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas and great boogie boards, etc. Kitchens are well stocked and she gives you snacks, breakfast items and coffee, juice and milk as a welcome. You may need to go between apartments looking for certain items but that wasn’t a big deal. We loved everything about this place. Peacocks roam freely in the neighborhood and it sounds quite exotic! Five minute walk to the beach. Rhonda was amazing to work with and very responsive. We had an air conditioner go out on our first day in the game room and she had it replaced with a new unit within an hour! If there is something not right, I guarantee you she will do all she can to make it right. I would 100% rent this house again.

Great for large family getaway!
Having the golf cart, beach umbrellas and chairs was the best! It wasn't too far to walk, but with the kids it was easier to keep track of them. There were also surfboards, boogie boards, and plenty of pool toys. We were able to see 2 Starlink night launches (which were amazing) and the NASA launch to the ISS. A trip the kids will never forget!

Our best rental experience ever !
We drove up to very welcoming two story tri-plex with an 8 car parkway ! Open the front door with the code provided and was pleased to see a large game room with a commercial Air Hockey table, pool table , and an Old fashion Arcade for two players ! Once we walked through the game room it opened up to a beautiful outside tiki bar, gazebo and a refreshing pool! They have everything you need for beach , and for your stay !! The apartments are all connected and gives you your personal space yet having an outside dinner table and fire pits for social hangout with the family and friends . They provide us with a welcoming basket of snacks and we had all apartments stocked with Oj and milk ! It so big and comfortable ! Also the sauna was such a nice touch for us !! We had a six person new gulf cart to go to the beach with and not have to walk to get coffee at Starbucks drove right up ! My family and I will definitely be back to this Gem!

Excellent spacious family retreat
Location was fantastic. It was an easy stroll to the beach. While strolling you could see Peacocks. Rocket launches could be observed The property was perfect for a large family. The backyard pool area was amazing. Game room was a bonus you do not see very often With the three separate apartments family groups had separate space to get away if needed Our group nicknamed it the compound 😆

Perfect for a big family!
We had a group of 20 family members who stayed here for a week. There was something for everyone! Check- in process and communication were great! Only complaints we had was not enough towels and we had to do lots of loads of laundry and there wasn’t enough bedding for 20 people. Especially those that sleep on couches and pull outs.

Family Vacation
We spent a week at this location and enjoyed it very much. The pool and hot tubs were a hit. We had everything we needed to spend a couple days at the beach and the golf cart was great to have. The only complaint we had is that the house could use a deep clean and some maintenance completed. We could tell a lot of people have enjoyed this place. We would go back again. The location to the beach was perfect!

Fun in the Sun
Our family of 17 spent spring break at this property and absolutely loved it! The outdoor area is awesome with pool, hot tub, propane fire pit and lots of seating and lounge chairs. The game room was a huge hit with air hockey, pool and ping pong. The arcade machine had tons of games on it. We also loved having 3 different apartments and plenty of room to spread out. The beautiful beach is just a short 2-3 blocks away and the amazing golf cart can shuttle back and forth easily for gear and those who prefer not to walk. The Tiki Bar with live music is also just a few blocks away! I highly recommend this property!!

Our Stay
Really enjoyed ourselves, the kids really enjoyed the game room and pool!!! Overall, it was a wonderful stay, Perfect for large family and the apartments were great for individual families. She had thought of everything, we got in late at night so it was wonderful for the goodies she had waiting for us. Beach not far away. The only thing I could say negative about, is it really needs a deep cleaning.

Check in was easy, and location was great. Kids loved the pool and hot tubs. You can easily walk to the beach to watch a rocket launch, which we did! Everything fully stocked, washer, dryer, game room you name it. Only thing the place could use a good deep clean. If we ever go back to the area I would look to rent again! Thank you

Small Family Wedding
We had a fantastic stay in this charming rental property. Our daughter got married on the Beach and we had family & friends stay with us for a few days before and after the ceremony. The property is just amazing! Three separate apartments was a great way to get away from it all as we all have different schedules. The apartments were super clean and modern, the Hot Tubs and heated pool were also well received. The owner was quick to assist with information and very pleasant. Our daughters wedding was everything she wanted as a result of this well maintained and well appointed property. The Golf Cart was a bonus as we shuttled people down to the wedding and also back and forth to the beach for some well needed ocean time.

80th Birthday celebration
Three separate Apartments gave us the ability to separate families based on their needs. We had three kitchens and three Living Spaces which made quiet time in some areas and game times in other areas. Pool was used daily as we enjoyed our time together. The yard was spacious for us to set up cornhole and other yard games. Grandpa drove everyone to and from the beach in the golf cart and enjoyed this time with the family.

Great Getaway
House was great for big families. 3 separate living spaces so everyone has plenty of room. Pool, bar, outdoor area were great. Golf cart mad everything super convenient. This is a residential area, not all beach rentals. Some fans and TV's in the house were not working, but Rhonda was amazing, and if we did text her for anything, she quickly responded!
