Pool Side Paradise
We spent a week here in November 2024. Very nice relaxing home with heated hot tub and pool. We used both daily. The property is very clean, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. As a bonus there is a great pizza place within walking distance. Every TV has a Roku device attached and there is a nice air hockey table which we did use. Communication with the owner was timely and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed
The house was clean, renovated and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed because we made all of our meals here. The pool and hot tub were amazing. And plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again. Very easy communication amongst the property manager.

Perfect Family Stay
We had a great experience at this property. It was by far one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at. We had clear communication from the start including updates during a hurricane threat. The pool and hot tub were perfect after long days at the baseball Fields.

Great place
My parents live in Cape Coral so this is close for visits and gives us our own space. Host was INCREDIBLE and so responsive at all hours of the night, even when the internet went out at 1 am. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and the pool area was luxurious. Would definitely return again, especially since the home is pet friendly! I did take one star off for using a key box vs a code for ease of check in, but I got the code so early and was able to use a key all Week so it wasn’t a huge deal. Code would just be easier so we aren’t worried about losing/taking the key with us. Great place, great host. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!
Our stay was wonderful! Pete was so helpful and quickly answered our questions. He even offered to bring us supplies when Hurricane Debby was passing by. The pool and hot tub are amazing. We loved watching the wild bunny rabbits each day as they played in the yard. The backyard is very private! It felt like we were the only ones for miles. The house is very conveniently located. We hope to stay again. Thank you, Pete!

This was a very nice place to stay. We all enjoyed the pool and spa. Kids enjoyed air hockey table. Location of house was nice. Definitely would recommend to stay. Great communication from host.

The property was neat and cleaned. It didn’t have a coffee maker and the owners dropped one off right away and the water dispenser wasn’t working in the fridge, they dropped off a 40 pak of water. Very accommodating.

Last minute booking
Lucked out and and found this place at the last minute when we decided to extend our vacation on the week of July 4th. It was nothing less than immaculate. The house is in a lovely neighborhood. Beautiful pool, with a very private backyard. Zero complaints. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy everything this house has to offer.

Great place for a family
Peter was an incredible host. The house looks just like the photos and is in a quiet neighborhood. The fully fenced back yard was also a plus so my dogs could play while we swam in the pool. My kids are already asking when we can go back.

Great get away
May 2024 We had a great two weeks on this rental. Peter the host is amazing to deal with, very approachable for anything you need during your stay Place had everything we needed. Clean. Plenty of room for my family and the furbabies. It was cool to see the burrowing owls in the neighbourhood. Lots of bunnies too. Got to check out Tito Cantina restaurant and Ford garage restaurant. Also not far away a nice quiet beach cape coral Beach if you didn't want to drive to fort Myers Beach It was nice to see the rebuild happening in Sanibel Island, pine Island and fort Myers, so go down to these places and help support local businesses. And farmer Joe's has everything you need and more to get groceries prepared meals great selection of wines. A big thanks for opening up your home hope to be back again*

The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean the home smelled. Communication was great check in was easy. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Loved the privacy and fenced in backyard for our 2 pups. If we are in the area again we will definitely rent this home. Thank you to the host.

Our 1st Visit to Cape Coral- A 7hrs and 40min drive!
~Booking was effortless! Communication was TOP-NOTCH! Pete is immensely kind and answered ALL of my questions speedily ~The home's privacy from ALL 3 sides is UNMATCHED! It is extremely difficult to find COMPLETE privacy from neighbors so we appreciated this WHOLLY! ~We don't have pets, this home allows pets, so we were apprehensive; However, we did not find ANY pet hair inside the home at ALL; BRAVO to the cleanliness!! ~As for Peace and Quiet---The neighbor on the right side allowed their dogs to bark on and off ALLLL DAY starting at 645-7am, needless to say, we left more exhausted than when we arrived sadly :-( ~TIP> There is not a TV in the 2nd bedroom, we moved the TV from the twin beds room, then put it back when we left; Worked out great :-) ~The pool is heated but is Tip-Toe in Cold EVERYTIME (We are accustomed to bath water temp pools so this was a first, dang near TORTURE for us getting in, but we had no choice but to Tuff it out) It got better of course at times but YIKES! ~The heater is set to go off at 5pm so absolutely NO night swimming :-( YES you can pay for additional heat if you like ~NOTE: The Pool and Spa share a heater; When the pool heats, the spa is cold, when the spa heats the pool is cold; they can't be heated at the same time, it's one or the other; To Conclude: My adult daughter and I THANK YOU for sharing your home with us :-) *Jennifer and Alexis

Worked great for us!
This was the perfect house for a quick weekend getaway! We loved the heated pool and hot tub. The house was a 10-15 minute drive to most of our destinations, but easy to get to restaurants, shops, and day trips to Sanibel Island. The host was very attentive to messages, and check in and check out were very easy. No clean up required! A lot of value in this house!
