July Family Vacation
Overall it was a fantastic experience! The home was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. My kids (12, 11, 7) were almost constantly in the pool and the abundant lanai space was great. The neighborhood is peaceful and secluded. It was about 30 mins or more to most waterfront restaurants that we went to.

Best vacation ever!
This beautiful home is located in a quiet waterfront community and had all of the amenities you could ask for. We only left the property a couple of times because we didn’t want to leave! The pool was warm and inviting, just like the entire outside patio area. We will definitely return!

Fabulous Home
This home has all the necessary amenities and more. It is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, but most of the restaurants and waterfront Tiki bars are within a short 30 minute drive. The infinity pool is a 'must-see'. We spent the majority of our time there splashing in the warm water and taking in the canal view. It was the best and most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Many thanks to the owners, Jeff & Lori, for sharing their lovely home. And thanks to SWF Vacations for making our stay so easy.

House was very nice, The only draw back was the lack of supplies. There were no pot holders or kitchen towels when we arrived. Property management did tell us we could go out and buy and they would reimburse but to me that is just something that should come with the house. Some of the snacks left for us on the island were outdated and stale (my mother found this after she ate some and she does not pay attention to dates) Ice maker on the counter was very dirty and we never used. just a little more attention to details and this house would be very nice.

A beautiful Oasis on the water
This three bedroom/bathroom house is located on the canal with a beautiful dock. The house has a perfect chefs kitchen that will make you want to cook every meal (bring most things you will need with you, it's not well stocked with baking and cooking items like cookie sheet, 9x13 glass or non stick pan, large cast iron skillet) The outdoor grill area is an added bonus and offers a beautiful view to grill up fresh fish caught right from the dock. The heated infinity pool was a great way to spend the day, whether floating in it or lounging next to it. The massage chair was such a hit! Definitely helped melt the stress away. Overall it was a great house and we would stay there again! The area is quiet, we brought everything we needed with us and hardly had to leave the house. The closest stores, restaurants, parks, etc were about 15-20 minutes away. But it wasn't a big deal to us. The management company was good and responded in a timely manner with any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. Suggestion to bring all your paper products (paper towels & toilet paper), trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, cleaning products (to wipe down counters end of day etc), laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. They give the skelton items to get started, but it will last you the first day or so. This house was great for our family of 4, with two adult children for the holiday!

Oscar the Osprey
We stayed 2 weeks, it was a staycation! I’ll start out with I agree with the one review where the floors were dirty. I did clean them as best I could the 3rd day, besides that everything else was clean! Probably the best rental company we’ve worked with. We had great communication with them and they were great at returning messages and emails! The best part though, was the Osprey that hung out with us everyday in the palm tree! We named him Oscar! We’d come out to the pool and we’d say his name and he’d look down at us! Oscar was awesome! We would definitely stay there again if vacationing in the Cape Coral area!

Overall property was good, alittle out away from things, and had some issues with locks on the doors, and the pool could stand to be cleaner, but had a nice time with our family. We all loved the massage chair!

Few downsides, but would recommend
We enjoyed our family vacation here. The villa had great amenities, all the space you could want for our little family. The pool was wonderful, especially the shallow side for our toddler. Restaurants and stores were not very close, most were about 15-30 minutes away. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. The place was not super clean on arrival, especially the floors. The floors were filthy and our feet were always covered in dirt walking barefoot in the house. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Long Weekend Getaway
This property was great ...... the pool and outdoor area is incredible....... and the house was amazing! After we picked up groceries, we never left the property as it had everything and more for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was stunning!
This place is well located ! Pool was amazing , house was clean beds were great! Only downfall was it was a constant 79 degrees in the main house ! Our son ended up sleeping in our room because it was so hot! We thought we got it figured out ! Owners were great but it was still super hot! We will defiantly be back as long as the air is fixed lol ! Great hosts great house!

Location and views!
Beautiful property and location! We enjoyed our stay and time there! As a family of 5 though when we travel we choose luxury rentals to be able to relax and enjoy the amenities without stress! Some things could be improved here to make the stay a bit simpler!

Pros: House Pool, massage chair, ping pong, fishing off dock. Manatees and gators. Great Kitchen. Cons: Had rusty and scratched up teflon pans and only 1 metal cake serving spatula for cooking. The property person had some new pans and plastic untensils sent from amazon that arrived within 2 to 3 days which we got to use for the rest of our stay. The patio double doors to the pool would not stay closed and kept opening on there own. And because the double doors were unable to be locked, I eventually had to tie them together to keep them from opening. 10 days after we left I was contacted about a missing chair and told that the cost would be deducted from our security deposit, but after some questions they decided to not deduct the cost of a replacement chair from our security deposit but to use the fee from the damage waiver. Also we were charged an additional $120.00 for an electric fee that I was not aware of but apparently it's listed on the property management's website under frequently asked question section. We suspect that the double doors not being able to stay closed caused this outrageous over charge for electricity. Over all we enjoyed our stay but the missing chair accusations and the electric fees left a bad taste after paying all the required booking fees we felt like we got nickled and dimed.

A little slice of heaven.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. This home gave us much needed down time. We loved watching the birds and boaters on the waterway while soaking in the pool. The neighbors always waved when we saw them on our walks through the quiet streets. We would rent again.

Wonderful Anniversary Destination
The home was beautiful and even better than represented. It was a bit further from restaurants/attractions than expected, but the home itself was a haven. Would love to return at some point. It was luxurious!

AMAZING
The pictures don't do this property any justice, when we arrived it looked 1000% better and the pictures already look good. Everything was exactly as we planned, SWFL reached out to us, discussed everything over the phone, check in was easy. Our little kids enjoyed the house, the pool was amazing. Awesome neighbors, we fished with them. All I can really say is, we will be booking again. Thank you for one of the beat vacations.

Lovely Villa Lorelei
The house was beautiful. The view was absolutely what we were looking for, having sunsets every night. We enjoyed having one bathroom per room / couple. It made for a much more comfortable stay. We also had a great time fishing off the dock and being able to dock our boat for 3 days.
