Great stay
Our family of 5 spent a week at this property and, for us, it was perfect. We liked the layout of the home, and it was everything we expected. We spent the afternoons in and around the pool, and there are plenty of good restaurants within a short drive where you can enjoy a good dinner and cocktails. We are already talking about coming back next summer!

Spectacular!
Hands down, the best property we have ever stayed at … we didn’t want to leave! The layout of the property is outstanding, the amenities were incredible and everything blended together to make our vacation relaxing, enjoyable and memorable! Cape Coral Getaway
Fantastic property. Had everything you needed. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Spent every night in the Hot Tub when we got home. Close to everything. Short trip to Fort Myers and Punta Gorda, and Sanibell Island. The House was big enough to have breakfast in a different place every morning. Tiki Hut down by the Canal was a nice touch. We liked it so much we put an offer on a home while we were down there. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful home with everything you need to just stay in and enjoy. We enjoyed family games around the kitchen table and the pool spa was perfect on cool nights. The home was very clean and comfortable and made you feel pampered. We are already planning for another trip back.

Nice place, but description not fully accurate
The location is nice (kind of remote so quiet), house is very nice, pool is large, lots of space to spread out. Here are the negatives: Pool - pool heat is kind of a joke. The pool temp is set to 87, but only from 8a- 8p (roughly). Then it gets turned off. It was roughly 75 degrees the first few days, and the reason is it only heats about 1 degree per hour. So with night temps dipping to 50s, the pool never gets to the 87 degrees. Might as well not even heat it in my mind. We have NEVER experienced this on any of our 10+ VRBO stays. Master Shower - MOLD in the drain, and on the walls, had the slimy feel on the walls as well. Internet - horrible speed, circle of death. Kitchen pans - 1 fry pan that was functional - the others, burnt to a crisp and buried in the drawer. Grill - guess each guest needs to go buy propane in order to use it...weird right?? Have never experienced this! 3 empty tanks in the garage....and the owner was staying there the day before we got there. I don't think we would stay there again, there are better options out there, and certainly ones with a better experience when it comes to the pool and grilling!

The house is fantastic!!
We loved almost everything about the house and the outdoor space. Very well appointed house with everything you need to enjoy your trip. Josh, the property manager was incredible to work with and very attentive to our needs. We weren't happy with the cameras in the outdoor space but Josh let us cover them. We also wished the hot tub heat was something that we would've been able to control but Josh helped with that as well. All in all just a wonderful vacation!!

Picture Perfect!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and quaintly situated property. The property manager responded quickly to inquiries and was extremely helpful. Publix is close by, and it’s convenient to many stores. Our sole purpose was to relax and we did just that. We enjoyed the large floaties and outside entertainment area. We would definitely return for another stay.

Perfect Family Vacation!
We had an amazing stay at this property! It was exactly as listed and perfect for our family. The kitchen and living area were fantastic. The bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable. The outside space and pool were absolutely gorgeous. Easy check in and check out process. Communication with the property manager was always quick and efficient when needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family vacation spot!

Anniversary Getaway
We had an amazing stay for our anniversary. Quiet location near everything you need. The home is filled with every convenience and the management company highly responsive! We spent all day, every day in the pool and our afternoons/evenings in the hot tub. Floats, sunscreen, outdoor kitchen and TV just added to the convenience of spending our entire day outdoors. Highly recommend for couples and families.

Memorial Day Weekend
The house was beautiful and matched the pictures. Check-in was easy. Pool and hot tub were great. Publix was close by. No neighbors (right now) so there was a lot of privacy. Saw owls across the street and an alligator swimming in the canal. Very cool! Watched the NBA game outside by the pool on large tv, while we grilled dinner. Perfect long weekend with the adult kids.

The Pool Harks
The house was perfect for our stay. The weather was great for Jan-Feb so we spent almost every day in the pool. And we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and big screen TV. We also learned about the neighbor hood burrowing owls which was a treat. We highly recommend this property.

So hard to leave!
Oh my goodness this property is beautiful. Super clean, has everything you could imagine (towels, beach/pool toys, fishing poles, even sunblock!). We spent so many days just lounging around the house although the location is great for going out too. Manatee watching in the canal, lounging by pool, family game & movie nights. This place is just perfect!

Beautiful escape
We were anxious to visit. We like the area and fell in love with the house when it was on the market. Disappointed when it sold, but thrilled that it was opened as a rental. This gave us the chance to learn more about the area. Love the house and what it had to offer. The pool/hot tub was perfect. Had to work, but able to sit by the pool to do so. The downsides were minimal. When we arrived, it appeared that they weren’t done cleaning. The carpet hasn’t looked like it has been vacuumed. We finally concluded that the carpet may have been vacuumed, just the wear and tear on it has been extreme. Personally, I’m thinking area rugs bd carpet for ease of change if it were ours. There were also dishes in the dishwasher, uncertain of cleanliness. No big deal, ran it again. Still loved it. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect for a lazy girls weekend
3 bedrooms with en suite baths and a beautiful pool created the perfect place to have a girls get together. It’s about 45 min to the airport, with not much to do around the area…which is ok with the pool & outdoor area. Publix is a 5 min drive. The property manager was extremely helpful and communicative. If the house had better mattresses it would have been an A+ !

Relaxing Florida Vacation
The home is gorgeous - very spacious with a great outdoor living space. Only downside was it was a drive to most attractions - 30 min to Fort Myers, 50 min to Naples, 75 min to Siesta Key Beach. Luckily we wanted to spend most of our time by the pool. Would have been nice to have more options for the local area.

Great place to relax
We all had a great time. Nicely appointed kitchen and beautiful outdoor space that was a huge hit with the kids. Pool temps were perfect, hot tub warmed up nicely in the post dinner hours. Seemed just like the pictures!
