My family and I had a wonderful time!
The pool was the main draw for us. Since most of the adults in our group had to work remotely, the kids could just jump into the pool and play. The convenience of having the pool in the backyard allowed the adults to join in on the fun anytime.
The house was big enough for a group of 13. After dinner, some enjoyed a movie or binged watch a series in the living room. At times, the kids just hanged out in their bedroom while the adults chatted in the dining/living room or in the backyard. My nephew was fascinated by the fish and frogs, etc he found in the pond and my niece played in the wooden playset in the backyard. Throughout the day, some relaxed/worked in the screened patio, lounging chairs by the pool or kitchen table. In other words, there were plenty of spaces to choose from.
It was also clean and well maintained and had ample linens for our large family. The helpful labels on the switches eliminated the guesswork for us.
The house was a close 10-minute drive to the beach. That said, everyone was content with and preferred the private pool. We only went near the beach to get ice cream, and enjoy the free games and live performance at the Excursion Park.
The neighborhood offered a quiet respite from the busy and crowded city life. We enjoyed long walks in the mornings and late afternoons without having to worry about passing cars.
