"The good things about this unit, it sits steps from the beach, has lovely views of the surf from multiple windows, it is very open with great lighting, great seating for reading or watching TV, nice dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, lovely dinnerware. The bad things, although the listing says everything is new, there were many things not in good shape. The counters in the kitchen are in desperate need of replacing. I misread the description, thought it said there was stainless steel cookware...

It makes one not want to take their shoes off inside, as the carpet seems worse than what may be on your shoes. The grill on the porch also needs replacing.
