From the time we drove up to the property we were amazed how stunning it was aswell as the location, the views were out of this world and the perfect place to relax and unwind which was exactly what we wanted.Extremely well equipped with everything you require for your stay and Ruth the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be rebookung at some point next year it was just magical...

"This property was excellent. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Only slight issue is that it might be advantageous to have somewhere to place keys if early check out required before office is open. "Great property, and location. House has everything you could need (including a newly added washer and dryer - and not a combination one). Lisa, the owner, is very responsive answering all our questions almost immediately. Bed options and en-suite are great and the play room/lounge upstairs is great for keeping youngsters occupied. Location by high street and train station are ideal and a short walk to the sea. Only marked down the cleanliness one star because some lighter carpets in the property...

"Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. "I loved my time at the yurt, it was such a peaceful and restorative environment! Louise and Anthony were amazing hosts, very responsive with communication and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The beautiful scenery and lovely walks were just what I needed, and Bow Street was a great home-base for me as I did not need a car and could walk to the village for groceries and take the bus or train to surrounding areas. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Ya nos pareció extraño que 1 hora antes del check in nos llamaran para preguntar si confirmabamos la reserva cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada desde hacía meses, cuando reservamos. Llegamos y no nos dieron la habitación reservada, un estudio con cocina. Explicación que solo se la daban a estudiantes. Si es así ¿ por qué aparece para reservar? Nos dieron otra en piso 4 sin ascensor. Reclamamos y nos dieron otra habitación, en la entrada del hotel, con ventana a la entrada y recepción. De madrugada se pusieron ahablar alto en la recepción, tuvimos que salir a pedir silencio. Al lado estaban las máquinas del hotel. Toda la noche haciendo ruido. Muy mala experiencia. Cuando dijimos que si el precio debería ser distinto al de la habitación con cocina, nos indicó la recepcionista que el precio era reservado, nos podia invitar al desyuno (no de los mejores la verdad y mira que hemos estado estado en alojamientos mas humildes). Muy decepcionados. Y sobre tofo con la actuacion del jotel. No deberian ofrecerlo. Ha sido una reserva engañosa"
