"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The driveway is very overwhelming as it is not a straight shot and has many inclines that can be difficult with a trailer. If you want hot water for showering after the trails you may want to check first as the water heater continues went out and needed to contact owner on occasion."

"I brought my two teenage sons 13 & 16 to ride the Pocahontas trail system! Easy place to stay, no others to keep us up at night or bother us. Gas and food right next door. Comfy beds and full kitchen. Pocahontas trailhead 10 less than 1/2 mile away! Everyone was so nice. Trails are amazing and we hit them all and saw two black bears, deer, rabbits and black snakes & turkeys on the trails. Thank you for everything and we will be back!"

"The house was very nice, roomy, and well maintained. The road leading in is narrow (which is expected for mountain roads), but the drive had plenty of parking. We throughly enjoyed watching the deer every morning and evening. Even though the trail head is farther than advertised (13 miles instead of 3 miles), the drive via SxS was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to see y’all again. "

"Three stars is being nice, this place isn’t bad by no means but the pictures are definitely professional. The bottom floor smells like someone left a grumpy for a few months. The trailer situation is quite ridiculous, as it states a 24’ trailer will fit on the property, this is true but not without messing your trailer up.
