"Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir waren zu dritt, haben uns aber gefragt, wie man als Gruppe von 8 Personen die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam einnehmen...

"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"Absolutely gorgeous property which had us feeling like we were in a fairytale. I’m surprised the birds and squirrels didn’t come in and help me make my bed each day. The views are stunning and the peaceful surroundings are so relaxing. We had chefs for breakfast and dinner - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Gian is helpful and knowledgeable and really puts effort into making sure the stay and the home are top notch. Thank you, Gian! We are just driving away and I miss it already."

"We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Muy limpio, amable la chica de recepción nos dio información necesaria para ir al centro, solo hay que caminar unos 450 mts. A un MiniMetro que te lleva al casco histórico. Las banquetas están muy deterioradas porque son de asfalto y ya se lo daño la lluvia. Esto es del municipio no del Hotel. Bien volveremos en cuanto se pueda. "

"La vista de la habitación era impresionante, porque daba no a la calle sino al campo. La atención del personal, muy amable y dispuesta. La habitación y el baño, muy muy pequeños. La bañera, no apta para mayores: demasiado alta, muy irregular; peligrosa. Deseable tener una pava eléctrica para un té o café en la habitación; cosa que no había. El horario del desayuno es flexible, lo cual se agradece. Nosotros debimos tomarlo más temprano el día del checkout, y no hubo inconveniente. "
