Great location right on the beach! We enjoyed our stay and everything we needed they had, even a washer and dryer downstairs we didn’t realize! The only downfall was we couldn’t use the pool because raccoons were in it, not sanitary but luckily Tween Waters offers day passes to use their pool if you don’t want to do the beach every day.

Home is located on the beach and well appointed. The decor is bright and modern. My only suggestion is to increase toilet paper to one roll per bathroom each day and dish pods to one per day. Also, a hand juicer would be nice.

Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections

We had 5 glorious days of perfect weather. The condo was lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked. I loved the decor! Even had beach chairs anns towels. Everything went superbly. Would stay there again. Note: condo is not suitable for people with accessibility concerns. The bathrooms had tubs (had to step over side of tub to take a shower) and the condo was on 2nd floor - no elevator. It was perfect for us. Would have been a challenge for my mom.

Overall, the unit was very clean and quiet. The furnishings were comfortable and our family of 5 had enough space to enjoy our time. Construction is currently underway and, unfortunately, the gulf view I paid so much for was obstructed by a large crane/lift that was stationed right outside of our porch and operating all week. We just waved to all the workers as they were lifted and brought down every day =) The AC in our unit was great and the beds were comfy. There really isn't a lot of space to store pantry items, but we made it work. We bought and left a can opener there, but other than that we had everything we needed to prep meals. The dining table was spacious and there was ample seating. Two of the pools were operational, which was a nice suprise. One was always swarming with bees and the other had a wasp problem, but we were happy to be there and appreciated that they were even up and running. Overall, we had a great trip. We've been coming to the islands for many, many years, and were happy to support the local businesses. We would stay here again =)

The condo is spotless first off. My wife is a tough critic on cleanliness and was very happy. The decorator really took the time and did an excellent job. Great beachfront location. You can’t actually see the sand because the dunes are a little high but you can view the ocean and it’s a quick few steps to the beach. Since we didn’t book through the resort we didn’t have access to the chairs (and you can’t rent them) but the condo had 4 chairs we used. I would recommend picking some up at Walmart or Target on the way in. Still way cheaper that way. The beach was never crowded and you had plenty of space to set up and spread out. The resort itself was beautiful. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

The property was perfect, with easy access to the beach. It was spring break and we practically had the beach to ourselves. The crowds were several hundred yards away nearer the resort portion of the development. We loved it.

We were very comfortable in this condo! The location was great, and we enjoyed ourselves very much! We would definitely rent this place again. Great sheets, comfy beds, and the living room was a nice place to hang out. I have some nit picky things that were inconvenient: The property management seemed closed on the weekend, the wireless was really only available in the master bedroom (there was an additional wifi plug in located in the living room that didn't seem to help at all, and all of us kept getting kicked off the network. ) Besides that, a broken drawer in the guest bedroom, poor placement of faucets in both bathrooms- not being close enough to the sink so water would splash on the counter, and wish we had more bath and pool towels. Honestly, not enough to even be aggravated (besides wireless issues with teenagers) Beautiful condo and really fantastic vacation!

The listing was everything in the pictures. Beautiful and right on the beach. Ryan was my contact and he was Very good about Getting back to me About questions I had. The Condo was clean and had All the amenities listed! (Would Love if there Was a Washer and dryer).

Condo was great, and as-expected, but we didn't take a vacation to sit in our condo. We took a vacation to sit on the beach...which was under Restoration & Construction! We should've have been informed!! We feel deceived...

Loved the recently remodeled condo. The view and location was awesome. Close to the pool/grilling area. The beach was a short walk along the path and was beautiful. We would definitely rent again!!
