Perfect
This property is perfect for 4 people. Is just as listed. Location is awesome, minutes from beach. Pool is a huge plus for days you dont want the beach and evening swims.. Golf carts and bikes for use. Plenty of beach chairs, towels etc. House has all you need. Pots, pans, soaps, towels, ice maker, tv, internet. They have it all! House managers answered all questions, helped with groceries etc. Will definitely rent again!!!

Cute little house!
The house was perfect for my husband and I. There is some prep work (buyig groceries, scheduling ferry ride) but it was easy enough and I suggest you do your homework. Our trip was seemless- I used Pine Island Taxi and Limo, Island Girl Charters, and Debbie from Fresh Pick (that did our grocery shopping). All were excellent and I cant say enough great things about them! The property manager Lori met us at the dock and helped us get into the house. The house was clean and had everything you needed to cook and do laundry. Nuria was quick to respond to anything and she was great with finding solutions. There was a missing blowdryer and I had one the next day. I would rent again! Thank you Nuria!

Nuria, We really enjoyed staying your home! Clean, bright, easy ride to the beach. Danny was a great communicator, always on time, returned calls immediately. perfect for 2
this place was perfect for just two of us. there were plenty of beach towels and regular towels, as well as beach chairs and accessories. the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed like blenders, pots, pans, and pool cups. we loved the pool on days when the ocean was too rough or seaweedy. it’s in a great location to be able to quickly get to the beach! will def stay again

A perfect week of relaxation and beautiful scenery
This property was amazing !! We had everything and anything you could think of that u might need for our week already at the house which was great so u don't half to pack as much to take across on the ferry ! The house was impeccable and very comfortable. The property managers were very helpful !! Will be looking forward to booking this property again I can't say enough about it, it was everything and more !

Great North Captiva stay
The property was great. The owners were really responsive although the property manager wasn’t. The house was in a great location. There was a lot of construction going on, understandably, given the recent hurricane. The house had everything you would need including lots of beach gear. The beaches were beautiful. I would definitely stay at this property again. Very relaxing stay.

Beautiful and Comfortable
The island life is great for relaxing when you stay in such a comfortable house. Loved the pool, too! We had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy relaxing evenings. Management Team went above and beyond. Friendly people on the island will share its history, fun facts and information about where to best see wildlife.

Girls Week of Relaxation
The property is fantastic. It's a get away from all of the stress and business of regular life. Relax by the pool, go shelling, and even see lots manatees!! This is our second time and we'll be back!!

It was an absolutely wonderful vacation, completely relaxing in a beautiful home on the greatest island. The management company was very helpful but Nuria and Alex were the best!!! Perfect getaway for a couple or small family.

Perfect Getaway
This was the cleanest hotel/rental property I have ever stayed at. It is not a large home, but it has everything you need and is quite comfortable. We will be trying to stay at this same property the next time we are in North Captiva Island.

Awesome Stay! Highly Recommend for families!
This is the first vacation we have taken in years. What a great place! It was perfect for our family of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. Communications with Nuria was great. Communications with the property management the single time we asked them something, not so great. The logistics of getting there and things like groceries were daunting at first, but really there is nothing to worry about. Placed an order for groceries in the morning and it was brought to us by the afternoon. The beaches and shelling, the nature (trails, manatees, dolphins, osprey, fishing), the island itself were amazing. We're already planning a trip back to Beachn and Winin for next year!

Fantastic for small family
This location was perfect for small family to relax while child is napping! We’ll go back in a heart beat! Home owner was lovely to communicate with as well as the property manager making sure we were all set and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay! This home and island are a treasure!

Private and Relaxing
Perfectly appointed, simple, and comfortable. Felt right at home when we first stepped onto the property. Very private and relaxing. This is the perfect place to get away from it all but still be able to work remotely with good Wifi. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend. Tortuga Properties was very professional and accommodating. Ordering all our food and alcohol ahead of time was a life saver. Everything was put away and waiting for us when we arrived. Don't worry about forgetting something, they will have it to you either same day or the following day. Highly recommended.
