Terrific Farm Stay
We simply loved Rona's farm-house. It was everything we were hoping for and then some! Rona went above and beyond to accommodate us and replied to all our queries promptly and with real care and support. The property itself being a farm allowed our young-un's to roam free, allowing them to explore the farm surrounds as well as the river frontage. The house has been renovated with all modern appliances, beds and bedrooms had more than enough space to sleep us all comfortably and the wood fire kept us cosy on the cold winter nights. The region is full of surprises as well (sand dune walk near Guilderton was a real highlight. Thank you Rona, we all want to return again. Kind regards, Drayton

Back to nature
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farm. Lovely spot to get back to nature amd recharge. The house was well set up and lots of room. The house had a fabulous garden/lawn area which was perfect for games of backyard cricket and night spotlight for the teens. Easy 10 minutes from town and the beach. Thank you for having us Rona

Very relaxing
Great place to get away from the rat race. Very quiet and a lovely large modern home, just right for a family gathering. We had a fabulous Christmas there with lots of things provided for you to do. Hoping to return there for some more quality family time in the future. Rona and her husband were very accommodating hosts.

What do you do when you turn 70?
Great for a milestone family celebration. It catered for very wide age range. Fishing, kayaking, swimming nearby, great pubs not far away and fantastic facilities on the property for all to have a brilliant time. And the owner very helpful. Thank you

Exceptional host, goes above and beyond!
Our host Rona was so very helpful and friendly. She thought about everything that we required and made our stay super enjoyable and comfortable. As there was a big age range, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The house was clean and very well equipped, the surrounds are so peaceful. We would most certainly recommend this for families who want to have a very pleasant stay with lots to keep occupied with or just to relax and take it all in.

Awesome home away from home! Could not fault the accommodation, location or service from the owner.
Highly recommend this property for small group or a few families wanting to get away from the rat-race. Peaceful surroundings in a bush environment with still enough room for the kids/dogs to play on the front & back lawn area. Property owner super-accomodating and can’t fault our stay. Thanks Rona!!!

Amazing Huge House!
This house and Rona (the host) were great and exactly what our group needed. The house itself was very spacious and there were lots of fun things to do, we especially enjoyed playing cricket and volleyball in the backyard. Amazing house and great for bigger groups.

Weekend friend getaway
We had the most amazing two night stay here over a weekend for my partners 30th birthday. We had 12 adults and the house was very accommodating to couples and singles. We had so much to do even if it was going to a walk or a fish by the river (we didn’t catch anything) or having a drink and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The space was amazing and so much room for activities. I will definitely be booking this again. Rona was the most amazing host, so helpful and just a phone call or email away ❤️

Idyllic off the beaten track family haven. We found “home from home” amenities and welcome.
If you want a well catered country home to enjoy the simple things like family times around the fire and long walks with fauna and wildlife around you then don’t hesitate. Our teenagers had a ball with the basketball hoop and making the fire pit glow. Thank you for such a special post Covid stay. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend to families.

Bush Stay Done Right
Lovely (but not modern) house set in the middle of the bush with almost every amenity required. Water pressure could be better and watch out for the sprinklers but aside from that its perfect for 3 couples max and kids galore. We saw ducks, foxes, horses and birds galore all from the backyard - and had dinner up by the firepit. recommended.
