"We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!"

"The stairs leading to the apartment are very steep and narrow, this should have been in the description. The washing machine did not work and when we contacted the host for help, he never responded. Also, kitchen supplies were not available (washing cloth and drying cloth)"

"Perfect location for a family vacation. We enjoyed opening up the big doors to listen to the waves and walking the short distance to Portofino along to trail for gelato. Giancarla was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in the house."

"We had an amazing time during our 3 Day stay. The House is on Top of a Hill, and has an amazing view, the surrounding is quiet and the apartment very nice and clean. Paolo and Iulia are very friendly and there for everything you need. They also have two friendly Dogs and a Goat on their property, with whom we had a great Time. I totally recommend this place if you like to relax and enjoy the silence."

"Lovely apartment near to Moneglia. The pool area was lovely too. Massi was a very kind and considerate host and met me at the train station to bring me to the apartment. I appreciated the water and snack he left. He also made me a reservation at a local restaurant which was very nice. Thank you for your hospitality Massi. I did not have a car and I stayed here. "The property is nice, great location and clean. If you go by train, you will like it. Perhaps this is a new listing, but parking is falsely advertised. The property is well described except for the parking, which is stated to be "self parking on site." Communication about parking was also an issue. "The studio apartment is in a beautiful location with stunning views. It was very clean, although not the terrace, and the extremely comfortable bed was made up, except for the pillows, and for some reason only one pillow case had been left out, so for the first night we had to cover one pillow with a towel. "Wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde. Absolute Ruhe. Man muss nur bereit sein via Shuttle zum Bahnhof Framura zu fahren. Von da kann man mit dem Zug alle Dörfer erreichen. Wir waren auch sportlich mit ebike und bike unterwegs, waren wandern etc. - das Auto haben wir die ganzen 5 Tage nicht angerührt. Mit dem Zug ist man hier besser unterwegs."

"Maravilloso lugar y el hotel espectacular! Cómodo, limpio, renovado, vista magnífica al mar, decoración linda! Muy elegante! Personal muy amable en especial Francisco, quien habla muy bien el español siendo italianoy las dos chicas (argentina y chilena). Desayuno exquisito con variedad y hasta con chanpagne incluido para prepararse mimosas o bellinis. Una experiencia fantástica en un lugar de ensueño!"
