"We were all very impressed with the place, for a huge property it was exceptionally clean everywhere and filled with everything you need. Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area. We really enjoyed our cold pond dips followed by warming up in the hot tub. This was already warmed up for us on arrival and lots of wood and starters...

"Superb location in Lynton. The best place to stay for access to the town, walks and funicular down to Lynmouth. Good view of the bay from up on the terrace too. Just bear in mind that the kitchen is a spiral staircase and two flights of stairs away from the terrace. Accommodation is good for a couple & dog, providing you’re ok with the.spiral staircase. "The caravan was clean and comfortable would of been better if there was a path up to the property and we didn’t have to walk across wet grass that had been cut in places so all our footwear got soaked and. Covered with grass as did the caravan every time we went in and out it rained a lot !!!"

"As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. "
