"Toilet is so primitive! No flush toilet, the sink is clogged,Shower and toilet are shared in one bathroom, entire bathroom floor gets wet all over. No amenities whatsoever. The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). ..."

"My family and I had a nice stay here although they’ve changed our rooms. From Tower 1 to Tower 3. The pool area in Tower 1 I believe is way better than Tower 3 and my only concern is the internet. Hope they’ll fix it for the next guests. Overall, it’s 9/10 for me. Staff/Owner are responsive, units ..."
