"Our family had a fantastic time at Zuri White Sands. The gardens of the facility are among the most well kept and serene I have ever seen. The pool areas are lovely and clean. "Excellent hotel. It has all the amenities and great location. You have restaurants inside with variety and even some music shows at night, there is also a beach club. On the beach a few steps away (outside the hotel) you can find kayaks, banana boats, all very fun, we kayaked for $1000 rupees for an hour at an incredible sunset. "Excellent hotel, fantastic service and attencion to detail. Only slight downside was I thought that some of the restaurent dishes were overpriced in terms of taste and some of the buffet food wasnt that tasty. I must mention that we were very pleased with the small things like our wedding anniversary gift, wifi speed and accomodating nature of the staff."

"Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. "Started off negative as there were checkin issues, just left waiting and then given the wrong room. But manager Siddhartha sorted and we had a lovely time again. The pool is currently being redone but only kids side is closed. Highly recommended. "
