The view is stunning and we enjoyed every bit of that . The master bedroom size was big enough for me to put my baby’s pack and play by the side of the bed. However, the kitchen utensils and dishes were dirty. We tried to use the dish washer to wash the dishes and it didn’t clean it well. The pots and pans were old and had peeled coatings in there. The bath tubs and faucets are dated and could do with sone updates as well. There was broken furniture leaning against the wall on the deck that my kids could have fallen off on if we had not seen it. The deck carpet whilst I understand is hard to keep totally clean does not seemed to have been cleaned up in a while and my infant kept picking stuff off it and putting into her mouth. The rug in the living room has a loose strand that kept tripping my 1 year old. I called the management company to let them know of the uncleanliness and they said someone would sent over to clean but no one showed up during the 5 days we were there, the flooring and kitchen cabinets are updated, the beds are also ok and worked well for my family. We love that there was a pool that we saw being cleaned as our kids used the pool alot. In the last condo we stayed in there was an accident in the pool and when we reported it to the management company we never saw anyone come to clean it. Hence we never went back there!

well 2 of the 3 tvs didnt work washer and dryer didnt work and had a pan in oven used and not cleaned but we did clean it floor needed to be sweep but we did it over all ok but not as expected

We liked the location, ocean view is always a plus, was on the 3rd floor. No elevator but was really 4 floors to go up and down. The unit felt old and worn. Very little decoration that feel you were at the beach. Bathrooms could at least be updated with new hardware. Towel racks always falling off. Many outlets not working. No games available in the unit only 2 puzzles, extra blankets would be nice. Washer / dryer unit in unit but not connected to use. A must to have at the beach Should have mirrors in all rooms and closet space in all rooms I feel all this would help with higher ratings for this unit

Cute
The location was perfect!! It close to everything and everywhere we needed to be. It was quiet and the beach was right there. The bathrooms were small. I love that there was an exit in every room to the porch or balcony.

The view was everything, but the rest was subpar.
Not having a king size bed and no closet available for the master bedroom on the ocean was a bit disappointing. The view was spectacular. The tubs were stained and there was a pan and bowl soaking from the previous stay sitting on the counter when we arrived. We did live the option of having 3 bedrooms and the top floor was lovely. We didn’t have internet the entire last day but understood the mix up with the owner and the company. I would live to stay her again but sadly the queen master was just too small for my husband and I. Also it took the dryer 3 cycles to dry one load, I had to spend a lot of time on laundry. Fantastic location. Beautiful beach.

Needs updated
The property needs updated. Housekeeping needs to make sure the dishes are actually clean before putting them away and make sure the floors are clear of dirt and sand. Being in a coastal area it would’ve been nice if the wall decor was costal instead of mismatched. Wall hangings on the floor instead of hung up. Mismatched furniture in the bedrooms made it feel like a bachelor pad rather than a vacation home.

Great quick getaway
Loved being right on the beach. Beautiful porch area! Place could use updates in bathrooms and kitchen but overall nice place to stay. Some communication issues between owner and realtor (owner didn’t know about booking and left items in the kitchen that made it appear unkempt but was quickly resolved).

Exquisite condo!
The online pix do not do this condo any justice! Just saying.. it was really beautiful and so comfortable. I was dreading the steps all the way to the 3rd floor (41) but it was so worth it. I would definitely stay there again! Great location, very private, very clean, exquisite!!

Repairs needed
Several issues with the condo including lights not working, curtain rods falling off of walls, washing machine not working, and general disrepair. In need of a deep cleaning and some serious upgrades.

Great place, but somethings I wish I'd known...
The location is great and the condo is in good shape. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach access is easy and the pool is nice. A couple of things I wish I had known before we rented this property: - This property is managed by a realty company, not the owner. As soon as we booked, everything was handled by the realty company, not VRBO. It felt a little like a bait and switch. It meant that all the information we got ahead of time was generic rental info, and not specific to this unit. When we couldn't get the wifi to work, the rental company didn't have any more information than we did. When I've rented from VRBO in the past, I've always communicated directly with the owner and could get details such as what kind of coffee filters were needed, etc. I'm also used to having some kind of welcome folder with info about the unit and the area -- there was nothing like that. - In other units I've rented, there has often been a storage closet with beach chairs and toys that we could use. There wasn't anything like that in this unit. All in all, we had a great week, but I wish I had known these things before we booked.

Property was just okay; nice view of the ocean but unfortunately it triggered my allergic asthma so i only stayed one night out of six. Had to eat the cost and move to another location for the week.

Reservations Cancelled
An hour after the property was reserved I received a phone call stating that my reservation was cancelled and my money would be refunded. This was supposed to be my birthday weekend getaway but since it was last minute I could not reserve another condo. I honestly cannot say anything else about the property because I wasn’t able to stay there. This will probably not be posted either!

Sudden cancelation by realtor
Got a call from realtor saying we no longer have the place available you reserved and we are 2hrs from our destination, mind you it was a 6 hr drive. Panicked and angry had a back and forth conversation with agent. Initially I was told we will refund your trip fully except the VRBO cost which is 130 dollars. I said this is unacceptable and after discussing other options we were provided with a very nice duplex which was totally great, while we were not ocean front as reserved we were very pleased with the alternative. BRYANT REALITY did a great job turning what could have been a disaster of a vacation into an awsome one. Would book with them again!!

Beautiful space but currently next to construction site!
We recently stayed at this property for my wife's birthday. The location and actual space is beautiful. Its right on the beach, great balcony, nice rooms. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy any of those from 7:30am till 5:00pm because there is a house being built literally next door. Beginning at 7:30am we heard hammers, sawing, people talking and listening loudly to the radio. We could hear this from the bedrooms so we couldn't sleep in and at the time they were working on the third floor of the house so there were workers about 15 feet from our balcony so we didn't feel comfortable sitting outside with all of the noise and smells of smoking, etc. Even when they left for lunch, they left their radios on. We let the property managers know and they were responsive but did not offer to discount our stay or help resolve in any way. I work for a property management company so I completely understand when something is outside of your control, and construction of a neighboring property is certainly out of their control,. But something that is always in your control is transparency and communication. We are unhappy with our stay because no one communicated that the house next door was being built or offered to discount us or give us the option to find another property. So I would recommend this property because it is a great location, but as of Oct 2019 the site next door is a bottom up construction site, so at least during the week days, its completely unusable.
