"Communication with the property owner was excellent although there were no issues to communicate. Rather the owner kept us well informed and just checked in with us via message. Made us feel reassured. Inside the condo was very nice, owner took care to keep rooms clean and added small things like shampoo, soap etc which was helpful. We did feel safe with the gated entrance as well. Although we went to the beach only once there was a boardwalk to the beach which was nice and golf cart...

"My husband and I stay at POC every year, this was our first time staying in this unit and it was just like the listing showed and described. Perfect location for the beach and pool, lovely views from the roof and the screened porch. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure. Could use a dusting, but was clean. May want to bring something to make the tv smart capable. Will be back in future, highly recommend! "

"We've stayed at several 3 bedroom condos in the Villamare complex and this one is fabulous! This particular condo has the original layout where each bedroom has its own balcony which is a perfect for our family because it eliminates arguing about who gets the bedrooms with the balconies. This condo has been updated and is well maintained. The owner was very response when answering questions prior to our visit. We had zero issues that required communication during our stay.
