"We had a great stay. We were with a group of five people and there was plenty of room for everybody! The view is amazing. You can see the mountains and the see. Because of the high temperature the swimmingpool was nice and refreshing. Check in was quick and easy! They tell you everything you need to know about the house."

Close to the seaside and the cycle path of the Trabocchi but also close to the small village of San Vito and the shops. Ideal place to relax and visit the beauties around, it has a large patio and spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for your meals at home. "

"This is a special place. We stayed here with some of our extended family to explore Abruzzo. The house is beautifully sited with a panoramic view of the Adriatic. The property is well maintained and quite comfortable. The town is charming and its beaches are quite fine. Overall an excellent place. Highly recommended."

"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"

"Diese Unterkunft können wir bestens empfehlen!! In realen sieht es viel besser aus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt total genossen. Als Familie mit zwei Kindern ist mehr als genug Platz vorhanden. Giovanni ist ein perfekter „Gastgeber“. Wir konnten und perfekt mit Ihm auf Englisch unterhalten. Wir geben Giovanni und der Unterkunft 10 von 10 Punkten ."

"Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus und den tollen Pool genossen! Der Empfang im Casa della Zia war herzlich und alles sehr gut vorbereitet! Viele der guten Tipps konnten wir umsetzen und die Abruzzen mit den freundlichen Menschen und dem sehr guten Essen in verschiedenen Restaurants erleben. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage!!"

"Con la famiglia (4 persone), ho soggiornato in un appartamento della Residenza a primo piano com grande terrazzo. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia dalla reception dell'hotel, che è adiacente alla residenza. Siamo arrivati qualche ora in anticipo, ma ci è stato concesso di entrare subito nell'appartamento, che era già pronto. C'è un parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura. Anche se è possibile, non abbiamo sperimentato la cucina dell'hotel. Al bar abbiamo comunque sempre trovato...
