"Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked. "Lovely apartment with all the facilities, and a very comfy bed. The communication was excellent and my pet deposit was refunded really quickly too, could not fault the communication or the instructions for entry. It is also located close to a nice little park with a Tesco just around the corner. My only complaint was that the shower head was mouldy, and when I changed the pressure a fair bit of mould came out (luckily not onto me!), the rest of the apartment was good but this let it down."

"Buena ubicación y estancia como en las fotos. Pero la cama muy incómoda, muy poca limpieza (encontramos la parte de abajo de la cama llena de basura y la papelera del baño con restos de los huéspedes anteriores), no proporcionan jabón de ducha, el estropajo para lavar los platos era directamente para tirar y no había otros productos de limpieza. El apartamento lo reservamos para tres personas y solo había dos sillas, incomprensible. Lamentablemente no lo volvería a reservar "

"We hadn’t appreciated what a gorgeous location this property was in. The view from the front of the cottage over the reservoir is gorgeous, and a first floor reading nook is so cosy and gives the feeling of being by the sea side! The property is really tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home from home. The check in process was really smooth and easy to understand. The weather during our visit was terrible but we would love to come back again with better weather to take advantage of all...

They had a huge problem with their computer system and where unable to check anybody in and to give us our keys so they had to bring each guest up one by one and open the room for them with their master key.
