Wedding day stay
The property was beautiful and well cleaned! The host was a pleasure to work with and answered all questions immediately!! The house was perfect for my daughter and bridesmaids to stay in the night before her wedding and then for her and her new husband to stay the night after their wedding!! Just the cutest little house and had all they needed for their stay!!

Great stay
We loved the house. It was extremely clean and we were able to relax and feel at home. The location is great. Just minutes to Royal Blue. For a short ride, we were able to ride up the mountain from the property to Caryville Flats. We plan on making this VRBO our go-to for sure when we come back to this location!

The house is clean and comfortable. It has a well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms are large and clean. Nice washer and dryer. Good TV and WIFI. No hot tub. Short distance off of I-75. Great communication by owner. Would stay here again!

Very quaint
More than anything, we wanted to comment on how helpful the homeowners were during my husband’s stay. They were very responsive to any questions we had both leading up to, and during the trip.We were looking at moving to TN, and the homeowner’s even suggested a realtor they knew, which was so kind. Also, our stay had to be cut short due to a family emergency with no hassle at all. We would highly recommend renting from a couple who definitely live up to the concept of southern hospitality.

Second Stay Here - Great Again
This was our second stay here in about a year. My wife and I really enjoy this VRBO. We take our side by side and ride the parks in the surrounding areas. Took the truck into the mountains with the dogs and made occasional stops to get out and hike around. Used the firepit and enjoyed the cool late fall weather. Just had an overall wonderful time again. Already looking forward to our next trip. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Tilley’s House
It was very clean and supplied with pretty much anything you could want. Very quiet area. The only thing we had an issue with was trying to back a 20’ trailer in and trying to stay off the neighbors lawn at the same time. It the driveway would have been a little wider we would not have had an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Pretty decent stay
Everything was as described. Didn't appreciate the gun fire we heard multiple times a day terrified our dog who was with us. Driveway was difficult with 24' trailer but we got it in the parking lot. Overall a very nice place.

Pleasant Stay
We stayed here while riding at Windrock park. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Hosts were great and responded very quickly. The drive is a bit steep for backing in trailers but we were able to do it in the dark. Side note- The neighbor is very concerned with his grass- a bit comical but we were respectful and made very sure no one or vehicle passed the property line. We would definitely stay here again. The cleanest property we’ve stayed at in the area.

Very nice and comfortable place to get away for some time. The place was very clean and offered everything we needed to have a enjoyable stay for the weekend. Offered easy access to royal blue and windrock trails which is what we were looking for while riding our RZRs.

Best Stocked VRBO we've stayed at
This was an incredible home. Tastefully decorated, all hardwood floor, couches very comfortable, beds comfortable, new appliances, and THE BEST STOCKED VRBO we have stayed at. They even had distilled water for sleep machines! Was very comfortable home to stay in and right on the trail. Pictures very accurate. While the driveways are steep there are 3 of them. We had trucks with a 12' and a 20' trailer. It worked fine. A little maneuvering but all good. You have to drive in and unhook and spin. The Mountain Road you drive up on is narrow as well, why you need to drive in, you can't really back in. A very nice house right that you can ride from. Up the hill goes right to trails around that area or head downtown to get to other trails. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great little home
We loved the home and how it was decorated. So welcoming and clean. You could tell thought went into the items in the house. Great location for riding trails and exploring. So convenient to everything! We loved it and hope to return soon!
