"Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus! The apartment was decorated nicely with updated furniture and the bathrooms were also nice. The AC was cold which is a huge plus when it is hot outside and there is even 2 different thermostats for each room. Mal waren wir im August dort, für mich leider etwas heiß nachts - aber endlich schwimmen im Lago! Das Haus ist ein Traum, wenn man/frau bereit ist alles per Schubkarre an die hohen Treppen zu fahren. "We´ve spent an amazing time the four night we spent at this appment at Dumenza, Adriana is simply a great person and she helped and suggested us a lot of nice things to do on the area, specially the Festa della Zucca! "Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Hausherrin sehr herzlich und nett. Der Straßenlärm hielt sich in Grenzen, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, stört das wenig, zu Stoßzeiten aber schon merklich. Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Wohnung ein wenig feucht ist, was zur Folge hat, dass die Möbel und damit der Raum modrig riecht. Auch die Schränke innen müffeln leider deutlich. Die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Lago und lädt zum Verweilen...

"Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!"
