"The price of this place is amazing and therefore a very good value. There were a few cleaning issues that we noticed, but overall the room was clean. We did have an issue with someone smoking in one of the rooms next to us one night and because the rooms are set up as basically central air situation and not the individual room heating and cooling units that normal hotels have, the smoke from that room came in to our room through the vents. "Lovely place. Well maintained and clean. Breathtaking mountain views. The outdoor seating areas are perfectly situated so that you can take in the scenery. It's also close to town. "This house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The games downstairs were fun for the whole family. Access to the boat dock was perfect for our pontoon boat, and the paddle boards and kayaks were such fun to use. The wagon provided downstairs was handy to carry our coolers to the boat each day. Thankful to have the opportunity to spend our family vacation in this beautiful house on gorgeous Lake James."

"Spend two nights at this beautiful cabin, property is as described by the host. Hosts put a lot of effort in making their guest feel comfortable, like the touches , nice towels ,, two water bottles and chocolate left at the counter , again thanks ! The trails were nice to explore , I would consider staying again. "

"This is a nice little place to stay on the water at Lake James. We did have a few issues with the place. The bathroom fan worked sometimes, but mostly not. The sliding glass door to the kitchen is very hard to lock. This needs attention."
