"Karen was a wonderful host. It was the perfect location for North Cascades. Romeo the cat was a big highloght, suoer friendly and rushed to greet us. Just an overall great place, great setup and great host. We only wish we could have stayed longer."

"Was already nice and toasty inside which was wonderful since it was freezing outside. All instructions were easy to follow getting there and inside the cabin. Very clean with a little binder that had details on anything we’d want to know. Everything stocked inside that we could need so that was a nice surprise. TV outdated and very slow, that’s the only small gripe we had. "

"A very clean and spacious cabin/house with total privacy. Easy access from the highway and close to the NCNP and hiking trails. Owner is easily accessible if there are any issues. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances and cookware needed-however bring any foods/spices/etc as there is only S&P available at the cabin. Recommended for a long term accommodations."

"We went hiking at Maple Pass loop so glad to find this place. We arrived in the dark and had some difficulty locating the house so highly recommend getting there during the daytime. The front door wouldn’t open but luckily back door wasn’t locked so we could get in and contacted the management and they came out the next day to fix the door. The house was surrounded by mountains and trees and just peaceful. Management alerted us that the bed was only for 2 ppl and extra ppl would have to sleep on...

"We Wanted to spend a couple nights in a cabin on the river while doing hikes in the North Cascades. we felt ourselves to be extremely fortunate to have found Somnia Vera Riverside retreat. The cabin and setting were gorgeous. Everything was carefully thought out by the owners. Communication was exemplary. "The Rainbow House and Annex are Beautiful , very clean and comfortable. The Annex Hideaway bedroom is nice and dark when lights are out , with a comfortable queen bed . "Our family of 6 loved everything about this set-up. It allowed us to enjoy some of the ambiance of camping but without having to fly from out of state with all our gear and real beds and indoor plumbing was a plus. The community where this lodging is located is beautiful, quiet and convenient access to the National Park which was our focus. "Spent the weekend with friends hiking and exploring North Cascades National Park. Our stay was wonderful and all we hoped it to be. The property was very clean, cozy, and supplied everything we needed. The guide book provided for our stay was very organized and had helpful information in case we had any questions. The hot tub, fireplace, and friendly backyard cows were some of our highlights! We would recommend this property to anyone and we hope to stay again soon, "
