Would book again!
We came to spend time on table rock lake and the distance to Big M marina was fantastic to get to the included slip, maybe 5 min drive at most. Beautiful view of the lake from the dining room. Easy walk to the dock for swimming. Had all the essentials you could think of. Highly recommend!

Three Generations
We enjoyed our stay. Me, my wife, son and grandkids all had a wonderful time. It was the perfect spot for fishing, kayaking and swimming. The house served as an excellent "home base" for our other activities in the Branson area. Great for a long weekend getaway - hassle free with everything you need!

So relaxing
This is such a quant property. Perfectly situated next to the lake front and marina where we rented our boat. Air conditioning is always a concern but we arrived to a cool home and stayed cool all weekend long. Older home but had everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay again. Perfect Getaway!
This was the perfect place for a family vacation! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and lakefront property with kayaks and fishing and jumping in the lake off the boat dock! The house has everything you need to feel at home! We loved that it was close to Eureka Springs and Roaring River State Park! There are many things to do in the area but being on the lake in this charming house with beautiful views made it hard to leave!

Great Stay
The location and house is perfect for time spent on the lake with or without a boat. The owner has many amenities that makes this location above and beyond a wonderful and easy stay. We will definitely be booking this place again!!

Weekend getaway for Anniversary
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The view was really nice and peaceful. We had a lot of rain so we decided to stay in and watch Netflix. Everything was very nice and clean, beds were comfy!

Great spot on the lake!
The place was clean and well equipped for a stay (towels, linens, etc). It’s a about a 75 yard walk to the water, and has an incredible view. I caught fish right off the dock! Would love to stay again.

Quiet location on the lake
The house was very clean and really had everything you could need. Location on the lake is perfect for swimming and kayaking. The house is great for a couple or family of 4, but keep in mind in you have teenagers and you want space, there is only one private bedroom and one shower. We made do perfectly fine as we were at the dock or on the water the majority of the time. The yard is great to play games or just relax. If you want to be away from the Branson crowd but be on the lake, this place is great! The marina around the corner was open everyday and had great food as well.
