You definitely need a car if staying here unless your sole purpose here is walking! "The villa is in a perfect location with easy access to local villages and connection to the highways making getting around so easy. The views from the upper level were simply stunning. "This was a sibling w/spouses get together. We spent a week at the place. Very comfortable with rooms as promised;3 in the main floor with one upstairs and on separated from the house. Had all that you needed. Had porch off main living area for dining and couches for relaxing. Shoppping in town was 6 minutes away. Host was excellent very welcoming and friendly. "Nice house in Tuscany Style with amazing location on a mountain. Really great pool and generous space for 4-6 persons. Great area with many nice locations like Assissi, Pienza, Siena, Cortona etc. We would not book this house again because of too many horsefly insects at the Pool and mosquitos in the house. Also missing aircondition leads to too high temperature especially at nights. Really nice house with small deficits."
