Familienurlaub
Superschöne Villa. Sehr geeignet für 8 Personen, da es 4 große Zimmer gab jeweils mit einem eigenem Bad. Für unseren 3-Generationen-Familienurlaub sehr geeignet. Super Aussicht auf den Ätna und Taormina, jedoch etwas abseits. Zum Einkaufen und Essen muss man gut zu Fuß sein. Aber es gibt gute Busverbindung.

Perfect home for friends
We have just spent the most wonderful holiday in this villa. The owners certainly understand what it means to be a host. Communication before, during and after our stay was perfect: complete but not overly intrusive. The home was clean and elegant. The layout of 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms gives each room privacy, while the common living areas are conducive to socialising with friends or family. This will forever be remembered by us as a place of joy, beauty and comfort.

Amazing Villa
The Villa was spectacular with an amazing view. Multi- level accommodations which was perfect for our group needs. It was well stocked and we appreciated the welcoming gift and little things like coffee, salt &pepper and other spices. It helps you don’t have to buy all these small items. The big table was great for eating and then games at night. Sitting outside with coffee in the morning and the view❤️👍. The pool was beautiful and clean - so lovely. A 5 start for sure.

Family Visit
My wife and I have 3 teenage boys. We came with both our parents and had an amazing vacation. The views are incredible, the beds are super comfortable, the layout of the house was perfect four our group. Close to both Taormina and castlemola. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until 1am and silvana met us and explained everything. She made everything very easy. Make sure you are okay walking some hills. They are not too bad and taxis are an option, but I highly recommend the steps down to Taormina.

What a gift!
This house was the absolute perfect house for our vacation. The owners from the very beginning were so kind and communicated so well! We had never been to Sicily before so we had very many questions and they were so patient and kind to help us plan our holiday! The house was beautiful. The view is beyond explanation! The furnishings were exquisite. The layout/floor plan was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and they were kind enough to do a first shop for us and have it at the house. Each room was very special in its own way and the pool area was fabulous. The pool was clean and well kept. We would love to return.

Eveything we were expecting... and more
We were very impressed with the size of the property and the layout affording you and your guests the opportunity to break away and have some 'quiet time' if needed. Communication with Daniela (owner) and Stefania (manager) was great with a lot of local information provided and very accomodating with luggage due to silly flight times. Walk up to Castelmola is tough and would not recommend if not fit, especially in the heat. Would suggest using the bus or a taxi. There are three walks down to Taormina and equally relaxing however again I would suggest the bus or a taxi coming back. Taormina very busy and has loads of shops and restaurants. Castelmola quieter and predominantly restaurants with a few small shops. Takeaway pizzas from Nina's in Castelmola was a hit for the whole family. Would definitely recommend this property. Total gem
Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay at Daniela’s villa. The views are incredible both of Taormina and Mt Etna. We were lucky enough to even get a show from Etna while we were there. The location is amazing high above on the mountain. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and you can drive up the mountain where the town of Castelmola is located. It’s a cute town to visit. You can walk down to Taormina in about 20 minutes or so on the steps. The villa is even better than the pictures. Inside it’s been furnished beautifully and the kitchen and bathrooms are super modern and beautifully done. The villa is spacious and the separate apartments were really enjoyed by the teens in our party. The pool is a great size and super private. It’s surrounded by lush landscape and you feel totally secluded. There are so many fruit trees and flowers all around. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Totally recommend this villa.

99% positive: Extraordinarily clean house, sparkling pool, extremely functional kitchen. Air conditioning (much needed) perfectly effective. Minor negatives: beds too firm— and I like a very firm mattress. Insufficient number of towels — but host was quick to bring over a few more. Window shutters a little challenging, but we mostly worried about dislodging a panel. No dryer — as an American not accustomed to line drying every piece of washed clothing. With the house capacity for a large family, the washer is rather small— I spent too much time doing laundry. Would return in a heartbeat!

Absolutely stunning!
Lovely villa with stunning views of Taormina & the Ionian Sea. Tastefully furnished with all you need for an enjoyable stay! The owners went out of their way to accommodate our family and make us all feel welcome - including answering many questions and providing recommendations to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The walk up from Taormina is a bit grueling but worth it for the views. Would love to return!

Wonderful stay at Villa Bougainvillea
We would highly recommend this beautiful villa in the Castelmola / Taormina area. The house has been recently renovated to a very high standard, and includes four bedrooms with ensuites, several indoor / outdoor lounge and dining spaces, and patio / pool with the most incredible views. We thoroughly enjoyed our days / evenings spent at the villa, lounging by the pool and cooking meals with family in the well-equipped kitchen. We walked down to Taormina several evenings for dinner (with taxi back) - and walked the scenic path to Castelmola one morning. The hosts were excellent with communications - and provided restaurant and other recommendations for the area. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!!

Most amazing villa in the area of castelmoa/ Taormina.
Beautiful villa/house to share with a group of friends. There were 4 couples and we absolutely loved it there. Very accurate from website. Quite easy walk down to town and taxi back up. Had a wonderful dinner on our last night up in the centre of castelmoa up top. The house has everything you need and more. Thanks to Silvana for all your help and of course our wonderful driver. Great escape to Taormina
We just left after a week in Villa Bougainvillea and it could not have been more perfect. Daniela, Raphael, and Silvana were amazing hosts and considered every detail with this house as a rental property. The views, pool, and lounge areas are all incredible and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for the in-house chef recommendation for Fabio at Private Chef Catania. Can’t wait to come back for our next visit!

Amazing views, gorgeous home!
This home was all it was advertised as and more! The kitchen is top-notch, designer stove, with all the amenities; the bathrooms are beautiful and tasteful and huge (from a NYC perspective!). We loved being able to have our young adults in their own space where they could watch movies without disturbing us at night - so much more peaceful and relaxing for everyone! And the garden! And the views! Don’t get me started! What a treat! The only “down” side is that I thought it would be more “walkable” but because of the steep inclines in both directions we ended up only walking into Taormina once and driving to Castelmola. But a more ambitious hiking family could easily do both (and our boys did walk back from Taormina in 20 min). The housekeeper was a pleasure and very helpful. I am so grateful we had this experience!

Beautiful house between Taormina and Castelmola
The house is really beautiful -- living room looks like a magazine. Beautiful interior design throughout. View from patio and (upper rooms) is spectacular. Kitchen is excellent and owners left lots of consumables (e.g. spices, coffee, a bottle of wine, pasta, etc.) so you can delay your first trip to the store. Excellent quiet location on a small side street. Prepare for vertical living: 15-20 minute steep walk up to Castelmola (super charming little town), 15-20 minute steep walk down to Taormina proper (super charming medium-sized town). But the views and the exercise were wonderful. Tons of day activities in and around the area (including the entire east coast of Sicily). Silvana, the host, was "next level" friendly/helpful. The place is a gem.

Came with 8 adult family members and SOs, had a great time. Property was recently remodeled and is gorgeous with a real local flavor. Clean, elegant and user friendly. Property manager very accessible to help with tips and needs. Pictures do not do it justice. Beware, everything's on a hill in Taormina, including the villa, bring your best billy goat and have fun!

Best Vacation EVER!
From beginning to end, our experience with this stay was perfection! Daniela was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and kind. She communicated with me regularly before, during, and after our stay. Any and all questions I had were answered quickly by her or Silvana (the sweetest house manager EVER!) From the minute we set foot on the property, we were informed, greeted and treated like family. We traveled with two toddlers (2 and 3yo) and it felt like Daniela completely read my mind all on fronts. Only another mother can understand the challenges you face when traveling with such small children. She made sure toys, chairs, dishes, cribs etc were all ready for my kids before we arrived. The villa was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The new renovations were exquisite and it felt like we were staying in a five star hotel! It was so incredibly well kept and clean. The LARGE pool was perfect for a hot Sicilian summer! We enjoyed it every single day and there were even floaties and toys available that worked perfectly for us! We brought a friend who had privacy in her own apartment which was very spacious as well. Waking up every morning to the MOST incredible views of the Sea and Mt Etna felt like a DREAM! We spent most days enjoying the villa with our family but also took short trips up to Castelmola (adorable playground there for kids) and we also were down below in Taormina. (gorgeous) We hope to visit again in the future! Thank you Daniela!

Superbe villa très bien équipée et avec vue exceptionnelle
Cette villa est placée sur une colline dont la vue est époustouflante, mer, montagnes, Etna, dans un cadre fleuri et vert. A l'arrivée l'accueil est remarquable par Silvana qui offre conseils et indications utiles. La maison est équipée de toute ce qui est nécessaire, Elle a été récemment refaite et est donc impeccable. La piscine est 100% privée et de très bonne taille. Le quartier est plein de belles villes, compte-tenu de la géographie des lieux (Taormina est sur des falaises très hautes), nous recommandons une petite voiture car les routes sont sinueuses et les croisements avec d'autres voitures sont fréquents. Nous avons beaucoup marche pour aller a Taormina par de nombreux escaliers ou a Castel Mola au dessus qui vaut très largement le déplacement. Un séjour très agréable que nous recommandons.

Beautiful house with the best view!
We are a family of 5, 2 parents and 3 teenagers. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The house is recently modernized and fully equipped, it surpassed all our expectations. The house has an amazing view from the terrace over the Sea and over the Etna. Silvy who welcomed us at the house helped us with everything, even printed our tickets for the ferry back to the main land. We really hope to come back!
