Ideale Lage
Es war wieder hervorragend. Giancarla und Lucianoa sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Cinque terre, sowie die Badestrände und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Auto- und Motorradfahrer haben wundervolle Strecken von hier aus zu Verfügung:) Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Perfekt
Absolut perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in den ligurischen Bergen in der Nähe schöner Badeorte und den Cinque Terre. Großer Pool plus Whirlpool, geteilt mit maximal zwei anderen Wohnungen, unkomplizierte Vermieter, supersauber und gut ausgestattet. Enge Straßen, 6 kurvige Kilometer zu den nächsten (sehr sympathischen) Einkaufsgelegenheiten und 11 Kilometer zum nächsten Supermarkt inklusive. Die üblichen ostligurischen Küstenorte samt Portofino, Camoglia, Genua und dem Cinque-Terre-Orten über den 25 Autominuten entfernten Bahnhof Sestri Levante hevorrragend und bequem erreichbar. Es fahren auch Busse, der letzte aus Sestri zurück allerdings schon vor 17 Uhr. Gehobenes regionales Restaurant 5 Fußminuten entfernt (nur Wochenende)

Amazing!!!
Giancarla und Lucianoa sind wundervolle Gastgeber! Wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt, vielen lieben Dank dafür! Die Aussicht war unschlagbar und wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren goldwert! Die Wohnung war super, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir werden diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für eine grandiose Zeit :)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit grandioser Aussicht. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet im „Vintage“-Stil. Den Pool und Whirlpool haben wir jeden Tag benutzt. Zum Einkaufen muss man Fahren, das war aber klar. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig.

Very nice apartment
First of all we were welcomed so nicely - we never experienced anything like this. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and spacious. Absolutely great for a family holiday with two teenagers. Wifi worked great. Nice pool and hot tub. Approximately 30 minutes drive to the coast but therefore very calm. 100% recommendation!

Tolle Unterkunft, Luciano war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und mit schönen alten Möbeln ausgestattet, herrliche Ruhe überall, einzig die Küche war etwas klebrig, trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt mit Pool etc.

Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren. Warm onthaal, namen de tijd om ons wegwijs te maken in de omgeving! Heerlijk plek, waar je kunt onthaasten.

Helt magiskt att landa här efter hektiska dagar i La spezia och dom 5 byarna! Din lägenhet och fin pool! Och Luciano var så snäll och tillmötesgående! Vi fick skjuts till och från den lokala restaurangen, som jag rekommenderar alla att besöka! Maten och stämningen kändes genuin! Tack!

Fijn appartement!
We hebben twee weken genoten in het appartement met 3 slaapkamers, met een heerlijk zwembad en een jaccuzi. Omdat het iets hoger ligt, waren we gezegend met een fijn windje in de hitte. Aardige eigenaren, heel goed bereikbaar. Prima supermarktje op 15 minuten rijden.

Traumhafte Lage, sehr angenehme Vermieter
Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und verfügt über alle wichtigen Dinge, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die eigene Terrasse bietet einen wundervollen Blick in die Landschaft, Pool und Whirlpool laden zum Entspannen ein. Von Sestri Levante aus (ca. 30 min. mit PKW zu erreichen) kann man die Umgebung sehr gut und auch günstig mit dem Zug erreichen (5Terre, Portofino, La Spezia,...), auch die Bademöglichkeiten vor Ort sind gut. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht an den wir uns sehr gern zurück erinnern, auch wegen der sehr gastfreundlichen und netten Vermieter.

Herrlich erholsamer Urlaub auf den Bergen über Sestri Levante
Die Gastgeber Giancarla und Luciano waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war schön eingerichtet und die Anlage mit Pool, Outdoor-Whirlpool und Boule-Platz haben wir fleißig genutzt. Die Terasse mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge ist phänomenal! Einkaufen, Strand, Autobahn und Stadt sind alle ca. 15 km entfernt und innerhalb von 30 Min erreichbar. Die Gegend mit den Steilküsten und in den Hängen liegenden Städten und Dörfern ist sehr reizvoll und immer einen Ausflug wert. Zusammenfassend eine tolle Unterkunft und Gegend!

Propriété exceptionnelle
Grand Merci à Luciano, son épouse et ses enfants pour leur accueil et leur amabilité Je recommande vivement cette propriété. Tout est réuni, le calme, le confort et une superbe piscine. La location est située à 25 minutes de la gare, ce qui permet de visiter les 5 terres, Gênes, Portofino...en train. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances Encore merci Luciano pour tout....et ta foccacia ...hum très bonne😋

What a beautiful place to stay
This is a very clean house in a great area of Italy. We as a family of 6 (4 kids from 14 till 19 years old) had a lovely time here. especially the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi, and the whirlpool in the house were very popular. The owners are very friendly and showed a great sense of hospitality to us. We made some very nice trips to Portofino, hiking to Punta Chiappa (snorkeling), Camogli, Sanata Margherita Ligure, Sestri Levante, Varese Ligure. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Stunning location.
This villa is in a stunning location. However we feel the advertisement was not entirely accurate. This was not a 3 bedroom property it was a 2 bed property with a pull out bed in the lounge. Secondly there was no air conditioning and not one fan. The heat was unbearable especially at night. Bedding and pillows were minimal with only 4 pillows, as was kitchen utensils. There is a washing machine which was really useful to keep the towels clean etc. The pool, hot tub was lovely however no where in the advert did it state that the pool and hot tub was shared with two other villas on the property. The sun loungers were mostly broken and there was not enough for the number of residents which made it difficult. We loved the properties location but feel hospitality could be improved. There was not even a bottle of water on arrival. We had to go to the supermarket on arrival. We stayed a total of 11 nights and saw the owner possibly 3 times.
