"The directions to enter the property were clear and easy to follow, proximity to the river was unmatched, and the cabin was clean and comfortable. Wood was provided, and we enjoyed the woodstove and the fire pit throughout the weekend! Would return again!"

"I am from Lewis County, my entire family still lives there, and I go home every weekend. I spent a week at this particular property over the summer and had the BEST time ever! Everything is stunning, clean, and new. Plenty of room! It has amazing beds/bedrooms, roomy bathroom with all the amenities, and new stainless steel appliances! PERFECTION! The only thing that made this even better was the owner. She was so helpful and kind!! I will be staying there as often as I can from now on!!...

"This was the second time my spouse and I have stayed at this wonderful property! Carol and Dan are the best hosts ever ! Anything we needed was already in the cottage ,even games, puzzles and movies if your not outside enjoying the fire and beautiful pond ! This is our forever spot to get away from the city and enjoy nature and tranquility. Next trip will be ASAP , we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in paradise. "Beautiful and peaceful location with the river right outside the back door (and a nice, easy-to-access path down to the river). The cabin is spotless with every need thoughtfully covered, and the location is private yet not isolated. We used the cabin as our home base to travel around the Adirondacks to our favorites spots from over the years, while also enjoying local. Quick trip to Old Forge, and Tupper Lake isn't far away either. Lake Placid area is ~2.5 hrs. "

"Did what I hoped for, provided beds and much cheaper than motel. Plus, we siblings got to hang out more than a hotel would have allowed. We were gone for most of the days anyway. Lack of reliable wi-fi was a concern for some internet addicts. Having neighbors and a 10 PM curfew was a bit of a damper, as I had concerns about my loud sisters."

"This property is newly constructed and is off the road surrounded by woods. It is on the trail system so easy access to the Tug Hill trails and close to restaurants. The house itself is beautiful with an open concept in the living room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs while there is a living room, foosball table and another bathroom downstairs. The host was very responsive when we had questions about how to turn on the heat. The house is also stocked with snacks...

"The location of this property was outstanding for our use. The Brantingham Golf Course was just a short ride down the road and (3) very nice restaurants/taverns are within walking distance. The one only minor inconvenience was that while yes there are two full bathrooms, they were one on each floor. This meant bathroom visit during the night some people had to go downstairs. Which really wasn't that bad. "
