Although it is a little small, it has a very nice outdoor space that is private and a big, comfortable bed. The host was great and the location is close to several stores and restaurants. "I chose this place because our don was getting married in Monterey. We arrived early and decided to go for a walk up and around Lovers Point. We parked on the street and I was looking around and noticed that we had parked across the street from our rental. My husband said that “I couldn’t have picked a better place” Not only was the location perfect but the inside was perfect! We enjoyed the balcony and the views and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Brown Barn. Such a unique fun place to stay with our family with great amenities.The view and location are perfect and foosball and pool were great fun during our down time. Rich and his wife are excellent hosts and shared events in the community they thought we would be interested in. Highly recommend and already booked our stay here again for next year. Bella and Taylor, the cows, were great entertainment for our 18 year old."
