"The location was perfect right on the beach with Sunset Grill right below us! Sunsets spectacular! Kitchen and bathroom could use some upgrades and it would have been nice to have a dresser with drawers in the bedroom. As it is an older building, tended to be a little musty inside. It was a relaxing 3 weeks for us despite the cold weather but I’m sure we’ll be back to Marco Island!"

"Though the overall building isn’t impressive, this little condo was a good place to stay. We wanted to be on the beach and around the island most of the time, and only used this to have a place to sleep and a home base, and it worked well for that. We had to unexpectedly leave on an earlier flight and didn’t have time to do all of the checkout requirements, and the owner was very understanding."
