"We to GTCf for a quick last minute fishing trip. The dock was a plus boat captain and ferry picked up and dropped off from the dock. Location is very close to town. Corner shower was a little on the small side but the king bed was so comfy!! We would definitely stay again! "

"April was an awesome host. The unit was everything as described on the listing. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the views from the back yard were great. Short walk to the marina and restaurants."

"First time traveler to Guana Cay and everything was perfect! The owner was great communicating the location and assisting me in retaining a cab driver in Marsh. Location of this home is walking distance to everything you may need, bars, restaurants, shops, public dock, etc. I did not rent a golf cart but if you want to explore more of the island, I'd suggest calling ahead to reserve. (Guana Dive located near the home rents golf carts.) Overall, the place was perfect and would highly recommend...

"This house was exactly as advertised and it was wonderful. We chose the spot so we could have a boat slip for my family's 40 cruiser. Worked perfectly. Very quite spot. Great beaches all around. Manager was attentive."

"1st off we were switched to another condo without being told. I contacted them a day ahead & had no response. Upon arrival we couldn't get in. Finally a text came saying welcome..were in #24 now. They claimed they told me. Door was hard to open & close. Sliding door is very difficult to open. There isn't a handle outside either making it even more impossible when you're outside. Inside handle was broken too. Also the screws for shutters are left in the wall causing my guest visiting to cut...

"There was six in our party ranging from 22-78, plenty of room to spread out, the house was clean and felt new inside, the host were the best to deal with answering all my questions in a timely manner and after our arrival they shared there personal number if we needed them, the house had plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and cooking utensils!"

"Great deal on Green Turtle! Our family of 5 (3 younger kids) enjoyed this house while we weren't at the beach, on the boat, or in the water! It may not be as fancy as some of the new beachfront houses, but it checks all the boxes and is a fantastic deal! Will be back! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the house, it was clean and well stocked. The manager/caretaker Anwar was fantastic and super responsive. I had one question about the gas stove and he was at the house within 5 minutes. He also kept up updated on some approaching weather. Would definitely go back!"
