"Lil’ Kickback is such a sweet cozy place to stay. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The view, wood burning stove plus the fireplace made our stay in the middle of January such a warm inviting stay. Jolene was a great host! Always responding quickly and willing to be accommodating. Plus the little “hunting” game made it fun too. Highly recommend a stay here! Hopefully we will be coming back for another stay"

"The house worked very well for a graduation weekend. We could have family time in a living room, and have crock pots going in the kitchen for people to eat at any time. The two bathrooms were fantastic to have with a group of people staying. The bathrooms were very nice. are very nice."

"Extended weekend with my children, and could not have asked for a better location. 2 boys, 2 girls - the boys had a great time fishing from the pier, and we were close enough to Eau Claire to do some shopping with the girls. The layout of the house was incredible - plenty of room in the kitchen for game nights, and a great family room space for movies as well. Highly recommend this location for groups or families, you won't be disappointed!"

"This property is in a wonderful forested property. Beautifully mowed when we arrived. So very inviting. The bed is so comfortable. Linens and towels are soft and lush. I just wish I had more time to spend using the outdoor amenities. I can't wait to come back for another stay! "

"My dog, Wizard, and I were looking for someplace to just get away from all the craziness. I am a 75-year-old-woman who has camped out many, many times. From now on I will be glamping and most likely at this location. The yurt is located in an area surrounded by trees. "We had a wonderful few days at this rental. The rental listed is found as detailed in the description. The walk down to the water is steep but has a nice view from the top of the hill and house. During our stay we fished from the pier, used the paddle boats and row boat provided. The lake is not super busy and relatively quiet. Hung out by the fire pit and enjoyed relaxing. The kids and adults enjoyed playing the yard games provided. We went to a few breweries and cheese places that are close....
