Perfect For Our Needs
This is a great little property that served as a perfect home base for a guys weekend set around an Iowa football game. The garage and grill were definite pluses. We will definitely consider using this property again for another similar outing in the future. The host was great to work with!

The home was small and quaint but appeared that it hadn’t really been deeply cleaned in sometime. There were cobwebs on furniture and in corners. There was an ironing Bd but couldn’t find an iron. The bedroom linen and shower curtain was frayed. The carpet was dirty/stained and there was an ant infestation. I stay in VRBOs pretty frequently and this was my worst experience. Also, the mgr came knocking at the door early Sunday morning as opposed to contacting me via the app or text. I was extremely disappointed in this stay.

Needs some attention
The house needs some cleaning. The space on the side of the washer/dryer has what looks like mold. The toilet seat is stained. The blinds in the upstairs bedroom fell down. The windows do not lock for safety. There was spices and Butter in the refrigerator that did not belong to us. Advise renters that there is no Air Conditioner. Minor needs were not available as well, such as mirrors, iron and the tvs upstairs kept getting error messages. Feel free to reach out for more information.

Great place to stay. Only “issue” was that we couldn’t get the front door to unlock but garage entrance worked fine. Very clean place with comfortable beds.

Girls getaway weekend
My two friends and I had a great time in Cedar Rapids in this cute property. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. The layout worked well for us to each have our own room, and the kitchen was set up for us to cook meals together. The bathroom was spacious, and we were able to fit both cars into the garage to park off the street. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe there. We would definitely go back and would recommend it to others.

Wonderful, responsive host. Great communication throughout the booking and arrival process. All the amenities needed for a little weekend getaway. The beds and pillows were top notch for a great night sleep.

Great little house.
Everything was easy peasy from booking, to check in, and check out. Location was great with a lot of restaurant choices and places of interest. On the outskirts of the hospital so some areas are a little run down but a lot of up & coming looking real estate as well. Would recommend.

Nice Stay
My family was in Iowa for my son's graduation in Mount Vernon. We had six family members stay at the house. We enjoyed out stay but having one bathroom was hard but doable. The neighbors are nice but informed us that 1 mile up the road is sketchy so not to wander that way if possible. The location was good and close by a Hy Vee to grocery shop. The upstairs was hot and we stayed in May so I can imagine the summer being super hot up there. The property manager was accessible by calling or texting and prompt on getting answers or help. It is a cute house and we would stay again.
